Drive thru ATM has been "out of service" since Nov 2023. Now the walk up one is out of service. It's ridiculous. Get something fixed already. The next closest ATM is windgap or mt pocono.This location deserves negative stars if it was allowed

Only reason for two stars is because some of the tellers are nice otherwise it would be 1 star, but ATMS NEVER WORK. People work during bank hours and we rely on these atms to work. This bank has two and both were down this morning. The drive thru has been down for at least 3 months now. So ridiculous.

Just don’t. If you have two hours to spend at a bank both inside and in the drive through then be my guest. But if you have a busy day I wouldn’t suggest :)

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I hope there's some bank executive that reads these reviews. Terrible business practices at Wells Fargo. First trip: I went into Wells Fargo branch to open a business account. I was told I needed an appointment. So I made an appointment.Second trip: I showed up on time for my appointment. There were 3 "Managers" sitting together at one desk when I arrived, seemingly not doing anything. I stated that I had an appointment to open a business account. One came over to me and told me that I needed to email business documents to them and make another appointment. I informed them that I had all the documents they needed in my phone. But they still wanted me to make another appointment. Since when does it take 3 trips to a bank to open a business account? My time is not valuable to them? Why couldn't anyone review my documents during my appointment? I asked these questions and was met with "sorry that's how it's done". I guess they don't want my business at Wells Fargo. I will bank elsewhere.

Their atms never work. Can never deposit checks. Happens just about every time I go down there. I would do it over the phone but some of my customers have weird looking checks or their handwriting isn't that great so it won't let me do it over the phone with mobile deposit. There was one or 2 tines I went there the clerks are nice but that's about the only good this about this branch.

Melissa, the store manager, does everything to accommodate everybody. This is a very busy branch, so just be prepared. But they do a great job.

I went online to make an appointment, but I couldn't make one for safe deposit boxes. It said I should call. 4 calls yesterday that were not answered. Another this morning. So I drove down, 35 min. 2 desk people, both busy. So I waited where they could both see me. Neither acknowledged my presence. The one customer left, and I waited for the manager to call me over. But she didn't. Then someone went from the teller up to her desk. She took her!! Finally my turn. She's sorry but she has a 1:00 appt. It was 12:50. I should have made an appt online. I explained it wouldn't let me. I should have called. I told her about my 5 unanswered calls.If I could wait until 2, she would help me.What really got me was that if she had told the person who jumped in front of me that there was someone waiting before her, she would have had time to help me. She's lucky she doesn't work for me...

I came in here today because of a problem I had with my account. The customer service number was absolutely no help. The 4 workers I spoke to were very nice and helpful. The teller i first spoke too was very nice, and directed me to someone that could help. The girl in the training to be a branch manager (so sorry I don't remember her name) was super helpful giving me the information that customer service could not. Cassandra took care of my issue right away. While she was working on my issue another worker came over and was giving me advice on what to do next. A big thank you to all 4 of you. Especially the ones that had to deal with my crazy mother on the phone!

still haven't receive the money the owe me from randomly closing my account. it has been over 20 days now. I can't pay my bills and when i called the lady transferred me to a line that automatically hung up on me. i am in tears out of frustration. never use this bank.
