I went into T Mobile @ 4:45 Monday afternoon and was greeted by Jeremy, a friendly rep, who asked what I had come into the store to handle. He introduced me immediately to Nicholas, a smart and personable man, who was able to sort out my current phone's problem in receiving emails. (I had bought the phone and a service contract 6 months ago.) He also verified my phone contract's ability to handle communications while traveling abroad. While the phone was being updated, Jeremy joined us to round out our discussion of accessing emails. I was so pleased with the results of my visit and so glad I had moved my service to T Mobile from a competitor. This is a great group of T Mobile reps.

Jared was extremely helpful to me in helping me transition from Verizon to T-mobile I had previously tried the T-mobile in lords valley and the girl there was rude and didn’t know what she was doing I would recommend this location. Please see Jared.

So 30 days ago I gave up Verizon and switched over to T-Mobile they said the service is much much better 5G all the time so when I signed up I asked for a paper bill every month sure no problem 20 days into my service I get a text message your phone bill is due didn't pay any attention to it I'm waiting for the paper bill few days after that I get a text message stating that your services will be terminated for non-payment now mind you this is all under 30 days after initially paying $90 so on the 30th day my services have been terminated and still I have no bill I'll call their customer support what a joke that was so I figured I'm in business I need a phone let me go to T-Mobile where I purchased in the phone in the first place I'm sure they remember me and they remembered a conversations that we had that was crazy of me to to believe that would actually happen so I go to T-Mobile and brodheadsville I talked to these two kids there that the only reason why they're there is to try to sell you a phone and nothing else related to customer assistance so they're trying to explain to me there is no such thing as a paper bill and I said that's impossible I set that up from the very beginning that's what the girl told me that I will get a bill every month well that's not happening because they don't have paper bills Verizon highwood stick with them because T-Mobile really sucks The reception is really not that good I had it for 30 days drop calls all the time they're 5G means nothing I would have to keep turning my phone on and shutting it off so it can update my location to make the phone actually work a little bit better it's a hassle if you're with Verizon or AT&t I suggest you stay with them because that's $68 that they're charging you believe me you get what you pay for stay away from T-Mobile broadheadsville they really drop the ball horrible company horrible customer service horrible service sincerely yours Christos kambouris dated June 2nd 2022
