I had an amazing experience with Nicholas at the store, he went above and beyond with his customer service skills and knowledge of phones, I would recommend this location 100%. Everyone is very helpful at the store from Enrique, John and Nicholas.

Came into the store to return 2 leased phones, they told us they couldn’t take them that we needed paper work for them to take the return. Wasted trip and time. Talked to T-Mobile customer care when we got home and they said there is no paperwork

Jeremy is a wonderful Employee . We came to pay a bill and he helped us switch line after we were told that could not be done . Best t mobile employee I’ve met so far he deserves a raise .

I went into T Mobile @ 4:45 Monday afternoon and was greeted by Jeremy, a friendly rep, who asked what I had come into the store to handle. He introduced me immediately to Nicholas, a smart and personable man, who was able to sort out my current phone's problem in receiving emails. (I had bought the phone and a service contract 6 months ago.) He also verified my phone contract's ability to handle communications while traveling abroad. While the phone was being updated, Jeremy joined us to round out our discussion of accessing emails. I was so pleased with the results of my visit and so glad I had moved my service to T Mobile from a competitor. This is a great group of T Mobile reps.

The sales Who help me today was fantastic? I can't remember his name but my name was William paul Evans junior so you do the cream up that guy you should get A. Raise he was he helped me out so much he saved me $1300 a year. Thank you you are a great man.

Associate couldn't answer simple questions, basic specs of device. Told me device came with 128 gig storage, research online tells me base is 256. Wouldn't have had an issue had somebody done their homework.
