I'm currently going thru complications of past pancreatic cancer so when my dryer stopped working I was in a little bit of a panic, so I called Ralph's, Lionel came out and had the dryer working in 30 minutes, I would highly recommend them, if I could give them 10 stars I would!!!

I needed a washing machine and a good friend told me about Ralph's. I was happy about the large selection and the very nice and helpful people in the showroom. Delivery was on time and they had it set up and tested in a few minutes

Bought a dryer belt today to change it myself and they were very awesome he even gave me tips on how to make sure I did it right and my dryer is running again. Thank you!!!!!

Had a guy come out and check my washer. He was here for 5-10min to tell me it’s too much money to fix it..they should change the rates for when a guy comes out to look at something..$85 for him to be here for 5-10min is crazy..feel like I got ripped off..

Freezer died yesterday. Researched online; found one I wanted; Lowes etc. couldn't deliver until week of Nov 6. We crossed our fingers and went to Ralph's when they opened at 10am today. The one I wanted was there, and by 11:30 am it's here and installed (old one removed by them). This is our second purchase in 2 years. We have nothing but praise for them.

Too expensive.I've gone there, in the past, several times, for used appliances: gas and electric stoves and refrigerators..Just last week, no refrigerators under $799.I'm done trying.

Nelson does a great job. When you need a washer dryer stove refrigerator freezer or dishwasher, check them out first. And if you are looking for scratch and dent, go see what they have. Inventory changes. Shop local before hitting the big stores. And remember ask for Nelson

How about updating your hours on this site!!! you aren't open until 6pm during the week you are open until 5pm which I found out after a 20 minute one way wasted drive! thanks!

Initially Lionel walked into my home and did not introduce himself on 2 occasions - Lionel is the repair professional. Secondly my wife spoke to him twice and he did not respond. Thirdly, had to come by twice to fix my dishwasher because he has to go back to the service center to price out the parts himself. Ran the dishwasher for about 10 minutes then just left. We will not use Ralph’s Appliance again - hopefully the dishwasher is fully repaired - going to run it tonight! Being polite and professional goes a long way - starting to see that a lot in Brodheadsville and surrounding areas as far as businesses are concerned. Just do the best you can and be nice to one another! Sheesh!

Could not have been more impressed. Not only was my refrigerator delivered and installed within hours of my purchase, the guys who handled the installation could not have been more polite, professional, and helpful. From the purchase to the installation, everyone was completely professional. This is my "go to place" for any home appliance I may need.

Repair man put his tools on our beautiful dining room table. Tools could scratch table. The old guy tried to extra $20. more than what repair should cost. A Bona-fide THIEF.

I really did not want to leave this bad review but the company has left me with no other choice. My mother purchased a dryer from them when hers has died. She used the new dryer twice when the seal on the door had broke. She called the company and they sent a repair man out. The repair man came with no tools and was not able to fix the issue. She scheduled another day they could come out and she was given the window 10am-2pm. This was the first day she had off in 14 days. 2pm came and no technician/repair man had stopped by yet. At 2:45pm she gets a text that read exactly this, “ Hi Lisa, Due to your negative review on social media,Nelson the manager was forced to follow the directives from Ralph the owner,to advise you to call Ge. We have no control how the product is made.We were willing to replace the dryer door for you at our cost.”Not only is this very unprofessional of the company by communicating this through text message, they sent it AFTER the time window she was given. My mother is not technology savvy and wouldn’t even know how begin to leave a review. Finding out this information I called the company looking for some answers. I understand mistakes happen and they may have possibly mixed her up with someone else. The manager did not take my call or give me a call back.I highly suggest looking for another company to buy your appliances through. They are not professional and do not appreciate their customers once a sale is made.
