I bought a novo 2 kit on Sunday night. Monday- Tuesday the one pod leaks and the battery gets very hot. I went into today Wednesday 1-25-23 and asked for a refund and the store will not do any refunds on their product. Very dissatisfied. If I could leave a zero I would.
