There warranty on cars u can wipe your butt with.They will stretch it out for 3 months and then send you to the dealer to get 3000 bill.on a 2018 honda with 6000. I guess that's way the lots empty they are broke can't buy cars or fix the one's they have.

Absolutely the worst sales man around!! Tried to talk down to me an my daughter. Didn't like it when I told him I sold cars too. Don't waste your time or energy going to this place!! rude!! Nasty man

This is a nice group of people. As soon as my wife and I pulled up. Our salesman Mike was there greeting us. With keys in hand to the triple black silverado I was walking towards. He just grabbed a plate and we took it for a ride. Came back and met Bill and Lynn. Bill is the sales manager and made all the paperwork go very smoothly. Lynn is an owner and she is wonderful. Grabbed us some bottles of cold water and while the paperwork was being done. She had the truck detailed. And she personally drove the truck to the gas station and filled the tank!!! Can't say enough good things about this dealership and the people that make it run. Thanks you guys! My daughter is getting a car soon. You bet we will be calling them first. I live almost 2 hrs away and will definitely be shopping for our future cars here.

Sales man was very attentive and gave me ample time to look over the vehicle. Any questions were answered timely. The general manager/ owner was super helpful and was willing to move on the prices in order to sell. The vehicle I purchased was a great value and had a ton of work put into it by the dealer in order to make it very reliable. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for honest business, and I would 100% by another vehicle here.

I highly recommend this car dealership ! I'll start by saying that we walked in and right back out of multiple dealers bc they couldn't be bothered with answering questions! Anyway we ended up at keystone and I was very transparent about the lack of knowledge I have about buying from a dealer. From the moment we walked in they did everything they could to answer every question thoroughly ! I didn't feel rushed or pressured. They were very up front and transparent with us as well ! They took their time to listen to our situation and try and see what options and vehicles would be best for our circumstances!
It was very comfortable inside and felt like we were welcome there unlike most places.
The building is very nice and very clean and tidy and the bathrooms were immaculate. Which doesn't seem important but when buying a car sometimes your in there for hours and hours so being comfortable matters ! The ladies room was also equipped with lady products ( and not cheap ones either ) which won Me over as a female. Again doesn't seem important but really is nice to see the extra mile they go to make their customers feel comfortable ! While sitting there I was approached by a woman who introduced herself as one of the owners I believe and she thanked us for choosing them and that really made me feel great also. Very welcoming and just a very comfortable and tranquil environment!
We are beyond satisfied with every aspect of the experience! It being our first time buying a car from a dealer and they made it a great experience! I'm beyond grateful! This is where we will be going for now on for any of our vehicles. Highly highly recommend!!!

GREAT EXPERIENCE! My son was buying his first car. We test drove the car, discussed a sale and went on our search. Everyone was friendly, very helpful, no pressure, fair pricing AND a warranty. Our experience brought us right back. The actual sales process was very efficient. Would definitely buy here again!

SERVICE DEPARTMENT: In and out super quick. As a certified mechanic myself I took my truck for inspection (can't do one without a shop) and everything they told me was spot on. They are trustworthy and friendly.My new go to, after a nearby competitor lost my business.

What can I say about Cameron and Lynn…Their professionalism as a team was very impressive. There commitment to us in making sure we were able to drive home in a new car, was unmatched. The fresh pot of coffee that was brewed for us while we waited for the paperwork to come through was such a considerate touch to the already pleasant experience we were having. We will definitely recommend Keystone Used Auto Sales to friends and family looking for that “just right” car they might be looking for.
