20 year H&R block customer. Tried to dropped my paperwork off at this location for the first time because it is closer to my work. It was not welcoming. I'll take the drive down to my usual tax office.

** TOO EXPENSIVE!!! **However, we have had the same tax preparer, for years. His name is Sal. He is absolutely phenomenal!! Very knowledgeable and beyond personable. However, the prices are beyond astronomical!! There's absolutely no reason, for them to charge what they do, for approximately 15 minutes of work. Way too expensive!! (We understand it's beyond Sal's control!!)

I have been going to them for years. Im really surprised at some of the complaints on this rating. Cause I've never had any of those problems! So...... I don't know what thats all about. I use sal who is very thorough and explains everything and then some. I've always been treated nice and anytime I had a question they always did thier best to answer any of my concerns. Thier prices were fair and I've never had any problems with thier filing. AND NO YOU DON'T HAVE TO BUY THE INSURANCE! IT'S OPTIONAL. So I don't know why people feel the need to lie on this place. I give 5 stars and after 10yrs of filing with them I will continue to do so. Good job guys ðŸ‘

Overpriced very expensive. Plus you jabe to buy protection on top!!! One or two of the workers are nice. Takes forever. They dont ask questions to get you the most back..you have to ask questions and they don't really want to do that because they usually only slot you for an hour. Takes a month or more to get refund. Better off finding an accountant or private tax prep person.

Doesn't even deserve ONE star!! I went in to ask a simple question and the lady didn't even know what my question was and she was griping to the front desk lady (obviously loud enough for me to hear) about how she didnt want to talk to me. They could have politely told me they were very very busy and I would have totally understood. It's tax season they have to expect this. And it's their job until 5 pm to handle customers.

They filed my taxes and I received a letter from the IRS. Called this establishment to fix the problem and the blame was put on me for not requesting a certain form. Made a call to a different branch location in which the problem was handled swiftly .
