Lisa was incredibly rude and dismissive in my questions about taxes and made it clear to me she would not be helpful by saying she had other things to do today instead of showing me the two ways I can file for my business

20 year H&R block customer. Tried to dropped my paperwork off at this location for the first time because it is closer to my work. It was not welcoming. I'll take the drive down to my usual tax office.
