I found the customer service disappointing. It was Saturday evening, and while I understand it's the start of the weekend, every customer deserves excellent service. The communication was unprofessional. When I mentioned that I would file a complaint if assistance couldn't be provided, it was simply a statement of my intent, not a threat.
Additionally, I waited in line at the drive-through, and despite them seeing us, they shut the curtains on us. I had to walk in and demand to be serviced, which was disrespectful. Furthermore, she remarked, 'We are closed, and this transaction will take longer than one minute.' The duration of the transaction should not matter whether it's one or three minutes.
She also asked, 'Are you aware of the cost?' What does that mean? Are you insinuating I can't afford it? The cost does not matter if I am picking up medication after receiving notification, as that indicates I am prepared to take care of it.
Professionalism dictates not engaging in unnecessary back-and-forth with customers. It's crucial to remain calm and handle situations with care. A more appropriate response would have been, 'Our store is closed, but I'll assist you this time. Going forward, please try to arrive during store hours.
Please address these issues to prevent others from encountering similar experiences.

Clean and organized, Staff are kind and eager to help, very polite young man , professional and caring . Cvs is the best , and the Brodheadsville store is a pleasure to visit .

I was there the same evening as Jody and I experienced the same rude behavior from the cashier. She was busy repeating herself over and over to another store employee about policies and when I had to reenter my card info she got an attitude with me. Absolutely worst customer service I've ever encountered! The pharmacy staff is overworked but fabulous at their jobs. I will miss seeing Chica's smile and friendliness. On to my rant tho. I tried to make a purchase the other night with nothing but rudeness from the cashier who claimed to be the manager. 2 of my coupons on the app did not show up and she said "do I need to explain to u how coupons work?" This was after an eye roll and a huff from her. She was so rude and disrespectful! Unfortunately I lost my temper and shoved the bag at her in frustration. She threatened to call the cops and screamed to get out. However on my way out I realized I left my wallet in my shopping basket. I went back in for it and she wrestled the basket away so I could not get my wallet but eventually got the basket close enough to retrieve my wallet and left. I went in today to calmly speak to the actual store manager Brian about the incident. He refused to speak with me and called the cops while i was on the phone with them myself. Never shop there if u don't want to risk going through what I did! On a good point, the cvs customer service line representative was very nice. She was shocked and apologized profusely for the poor experience.

The manager has a real attitude problem! Says she been there 15 years not sure how she lasted 15 days. Save yourself the headache and go to rite aid or the cvs in effort.#FirethatmanagerASAP

I have never seen a pharmacy that so screwed up and the managers mouth should be smacked. Terrible service that don't deserve customers. What cvs in this world on a Monday closes the pharmacy at 5pm????? The door says 7pm. Guess I'm sol for seizure medicine. Wow

Pay attention to the sign to check your prescriptions right at the cash register. Open the bags and open the bottles and use google to check the markings on the pills. Otherwise you will be paying for the overworked pharmacist’s mistakes. As I found out to the tune of $540.

Quite literally the worst pharmacy staff I've ever seen.2.3 stars currently rated is significantly higher than appropriate, I believe Google allows CVS to remove bad reviews.The best thing that could happen is this branch and CVS in general folds and goes out of business.Ignorant, disrespectful, and arrogant staff are just some things the average person will notice within 30 seconds of entering the building.
