Terrible pharmacy. Never have your prescriptions ready and constantly screaming they do not have enough people! If you use their web sight to see where you prescription is it will remain " in progress" forever until you call or complain about one week AFTER they had received the script. They actually told me that they will not fill it unless you call to confirm because they don't have enough people!

Slow and inefficient pharmacy. The pharmacy workers are not pleasant to deal with either and show no work ethic with the way they slowly handle their job. I’ve been coming here for some time now and finally Decided to review this place. I’ll be taking my business to the write aid.

This has to be the worst RX I have ever been to. My boyfriend went to pick up his RX at 1:25. They shut down the whole pharmacy at 1:30, mind u it's still 1:25. The woman behind the counter told him to come back at 2:00. He and other people that were there expressed their concern over the RX. And once again we're told to come back at 2:00 . MOVING ALL MY BUSINESS TO RITE-AID Where the customers are treated with respect.......

i went to pick up covid test for my uncle, they said my insurance might cover it after i already purchased 4 test for $82. turns out my insurance did cover them so i simply returned them to get the insured test. the lady ask for my card back so they can refund me and she gave a me a receipt that i lost 5 min later. i go home to find out they charged my card again instead of the refund. i called my bank and they did confirm they charged it twice. it even says purchase method: manually keyed. so she must of charged it again and not hit refund. i went to cvs again to find out they can't do nothing because i don't have the receipt. i couldn't even get a chance to show my bank statements that clearly say 2 charges were made at that location. the manager just rushed me out i hope that cvs gets shut down and they lose their jobs i got charged $164 for no reason and they don't wana refund or even get me another receipt.

Unfortunately, this is the closest CVS to our house. The store is fine but the pharmacy staff is terrible. I had two members of my household to ask about at the counter, Mary made me get to the back of the line to ask about the second one. This is just one of many examples of poor pharmacy customer service. I emailed corporate about some issues a few months ago, no response back.

CVS is a nice store, but today I had to pick up a prescription and this mean old lady pharmacy tech Mary was very rude to me. She was disrespectful and treated me poorly. Mary if you are reading this you are mean and bad. Shame on you. Maybe you are too old and mean to be a pharmacy tech and you should retire. Again, shame on you. Shame. Mean. Old.

Besides the parking lot full of huge craters, lines miles long for the pharmacy, dirty, and pharmacy staff acting like they're hanging with their buddies, this place is alright! Once you're passed all that, it's a great place. I've had enough with all the . Moving to Rite Aid. I really wish the standards for customer service and satisfaction had some impact on the quality of service in the West End area. Very dissappointed

It's okay, however do NOT drop you film off hear. They said it would be ready within 7 to 10 business days, but I am now going on my third week. One day I went in and asked and I was shown the book that my pictures were going to be the next ones that come in, well the next day I went to do some photo prints from my digital camera and a woman came in and said she had gotten a call that day that her picture where in. Sooooo.... everything else is good just if you don't mind waiting months to get your film developed, don't drop it off here.
