Great storage facility. Excellent customer service. I was having trouble trying to pay too many things at the beginning of every month until she offered to change my paymet due date and made life sooo much less stressful. ?

The following is a review I was going to leave on the U-Haul web page after checking out of the facility, but I decided to offer this instead as a public post for anyone considering this facility.Doors to storage spaces are rickety/screechy sheet metal. They are heavy (maybe needs more counter-weights or heavier springs?) and stick in the track, which makes them difficult to open/close all the way, especially for someone with upper body strength/mobility issues. The property being on a slope has terraced 'bumps' along the driving path around the buildings, which makes driving around the buildings difficult for normal cars and other low ground clearance vehicles. The width of pavement around the outer buildings is minimal (maybe 1-1/2 car widths) so that when someone is accessing a location further up from your space, they completely block your path out of facility, requiring awkward / dangerous backing out of space/around building and over all of the bumps to exit the property. This situation is worsened by the parking of stored vehicles and trailers along the outside edges / corners of the pavement in places where you need clearance to back out. The entry lock keypad is placed too far to the left for optimal access thought the gate, requiring you to punch in and then back up and steer further to the right to get around the gate. Also there is a parking space too close to the entry keypad that is often occupied by a large truck or other vehicle, which makes pulling your vehicle up to the keypad more difficult than it needs to be. There is not always an attendant on site so office hours are limited if you need assistance. Optional metered AC outlets and internal lighting would be a welcome addition to the storage spaces.Overall for the prices paid (with taxes/fees/etc, I don't think you can get anything for under $100 a month) not a recommended facility unless you plan on accessing the space maybe once a year or less.

If you are looking for a storage unit, I can’t give Budget Store & Lock of Brodheadsville, PA enough praise. I had to get a storage unit for a while due to the death of a family member and I live two states away. I dealt with a few local storage companies and none of them hold a candle to Budget. The manager Tammy was aware of my situation and made it a breeze every step of the way. Tammy is truly the best when it comes to customer service and competitive pricing. She goes above and beyond to make you feel like not only are you getting the best deal in the area, but also the assurance that your stuff is secure. I would give this business 10 stars if I could and if you give them a chance, you will too.

Your office staff on Werley Rd was beyond rude and the office smelled like smoke. She let me know I was inconveniencing her because I came in “at the end of her day” (4:30) and the office closed at 5:00. I said I was looking to rent the unit now, planning for my move next month. Her response was “you rent now, you pay now. That’s how it works.” This was a completely disgusting and disappointing experience!!

We are over the moon about this place! We have a great price for an amazing unit. Tammy was super sweet and professional. Yesterday we had a situation that wasn't their fault what so ever, but Tammy did a lot to make it better for me and my family! I would recommend this place for your storage needs!!!

The manager of your Bethlehem - Industrial Dr. location is extremely rude and if I had to give a guess, racist. You might want to monitor the way she deals with ALL customers. From the moment we (me and my non-Caucasian partner) walked into the office, she gave us immediate attitude, snippy responses, weird looks and was even happy to let the door slam on us while walking back into the office. Her behavior was just REALLY odd. I can't understand how someone could be so rude to potential customers who were polite and asking standard questions.
