Was up in the area had one of my trucks go into a regen mode with a trailer on the back asked if I could stop in and have somebody there clear the code something that takes about 2 minutes at most even offered to pay for an hour of labor and they told me they couldn’t do anything till Friday and it was a Monday morning not one for writing reviews or that type of thing but that’s just messed up to do to somebody can’t speak for the rest of the dealership but service department is horrific

I bought a 2018 Ford Focus from Broadheadsville Chevrolet and I had the best service and customer experience. I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed.

I asked for the front brakes to be checked/replaced. My truck has 80k miles and is used to tow a 12000# RV. I was called back by your service person who said I didn't need new brakes. That saved me hundreds of dollars on the service bill.

Went to look at a car Saturday causes they sent me a paper saying they pay off my loan but when I get there the guy was really rude and tryed keeeping my vehicle causes they that they had me with there scam it’s all a scam watch out oh and very disrespectful

EVERY ONE WAS FRIENDLY AND SEEMED TO CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER. ONE THING THAT WAS MISSING IN THE 1 1/2 WAIT WAS A REFRIG WITH A FEW BEVERAGES (WATER,SODA, ETC.). OVER ALL I WAS PLEASED.
