Opened and account with a settlement check from a big company and now they are saying the check was fraudulent holding my money hostage don't bank with BB&T at all

Susan Dudley is very arrogant with her attitude with dealing with my father in law’s account this bank has given my family nothing but problems even after banking with them for 15 years.

I tried to report my card damaged, not lost not stolen, I just needed a new card with the same information!! There's no person to talk to and when I chose damaged card it cancelled my atm card and I have to wait 3 to 5 business days to get access to my money!!! RIDICULOUS!!!
