“Everyone was so great, I used them after a car accident! I had to get a new front bumper, headlight fixture, fender, and they had to paint my door due to chipping (the paint match was perfect and I have peral white with sparkle flakes which isn’t the easiest to find) They had for about 11 days total, was able to fix everything while calling me to give me updates which I appreciated so much and even got it done a day earlier than estimated! I always go here for any repairs I need, it’s really nice to have a good local shop that I trust and doesn’t give you the run around.”
“Valley Auto Supply is awesome; I got into a DIY project on my motorhome and really needed a 3/4" female to 1" male drive adapter. I checked all over in auto parts stores in the area as well as TSC but to no avail, 1" drive stuff is not as assessable in DIY auto part store. So out of the blue I called Valley Auto Parts, and yes they had one, but were closing in 10 minutes, I said, "hold and I'll pick it up in the morning." He offered to put it outside and just to pay him in the morning. This is unheard of with any of the chain stores, but this is a family-owned, local business with serving their community. When were not on the road RV'g this will be my first goto for parts. They went above and beyond, and It's greatly appreciated. Thanks”

“Excellent customer service. I bought windshield wipers and William replaced them for me on my car and he was so very helpful, and I told him that my car was getting inspected the next day and he just took a look at my tires and he showed me what the difference is and how I could tell if they were getting worn out. He was very helpful kind patient and happy.”
