Ask for extra container for trash , you be quoted $11 a month, surprise the bill $25 with an extra cost administration fee, shady, now for the fun part, good luck if you want to pay you bill by phone or internet, it doesn’t work, then wait on the phone 1 hour 30 min, by the way it been this way for 3 months, and they have not fixed customer service ???

Bill went from $92 to $155 and wasn’t told until 4 days prior to billing date. Cancelled and went with a much cheaper alternative which all my neighbors use. Can’t wait to see how WM screws me with the bin pick up and cancellation. Customer service was not helpful and rude.

WM is trying to stay on top of trash and recycling pick ups each week. The WM app and phone number are available for concerns! In October, our recycling will be picked up every other week due to excessive travel costs and truck driver costs.Services: Yard debris removal

i previously tried to have services through WM which they never delivered the bins and continued to charge me for them for a year. I decided to try them again, i have been fighting with customer service for two weeks and no trash services for three weeks because they continue to not deliver my trash cans and say they did. Fingers crossed they get it together and actually deliver my cans tomorrow.

Several missed pick ups. We have been a customer for 3 years. Great start with them, but there were always missed pick ups for recycling. When I called to report it they claimed they would come and pick it up within 48 hours. This never happened and they would wait until the next service day to collect all of the waste. I always got different and wrong information through customer service and their services have only continued to get more expensive while not meeting the expectations.Service: Trash removal & disposal

Raising prices and reducing services consistently. Bill doubled in less than a year and now they threaten with overcharges on collection.

I was just informed of losing recycling service every other week. When I signed up 3 years ago, I had twice a week service, then they went to once and now every other. This is not acceptable! I specially as rates are not decreasing, only increasing and you get less service. You should reevaluate your changes and decisions. Maybe give different options for people.

For last so many weeks, we don't have trash people pick up trash on Tuesdays. Tuesdays and Fridays are our set days to pick up trash. We put our trash out on Monday evening and it would still be there on Tuesday or until Friday.
