I worked with Arianna when I was having trouble with a claim and not only was she timely in her approach, she was highly effective in resolving the issue and getting me the answers (& peace of mind) that I was looking for.

I have been a member of State Farm Insurance since 1998 with Tom McLaughlin office in Bristol PA. I always interacted with Tom since my kids were 2-4. My kids are now 28 and my late son would have been 31. Tom has always been professional and treated me like family. Lately there hasn’t been much interaction with Tom. But I just have to say my communication with Christopher Tobias has been extremely positive. Not only does he show passion for the business but he cares about his customers. He is always professional, responsive, knowledgeable, respectful and very passionate when servicing the customers. The last few years has been very challenging for me. I lost my son and I have endured a messy divorce. These guys have been there for me through it all and has helped me through the process as best as they possibly could. I really hope that State Farm appreciates all of Tom hard work for over a quarter century. And Christopher eagerness to help in assisting your company. Keep up the good work team McLaughlin, your hard work hasn’t gone unnoticed.

Can’t say enough good this about this agency! Geza is awesome! Every time I need something he is quick to respond! He always puts me at ease with changes I want to make or inquire about! I trust his judgement. He’s always looking to see where we can save money and again always puts me at ease by explaining everything! I wish I could give more than five stars to State farm. I’ve had State farm for over 30 years and I’ve never had an issue with State farm filling my claims, They’ve always handled it in a timely fashion. The recent claim that I filed back in February, they had a completed in no time I want to give Special thanks to Arinna at the State farm office in Bristol Pennsylvania on Bath Road. She’s such an asset to your company! Thanks again Arinna, you make the hard times in life much easier to deal with! You’re the best!!

I have been with State Farm since last year and when I got better rates from the competitor (which they could not match) and I cancelled my 6 months car insurance this year, never got my money back and it’s been 3 months now. How tough is it to get the amount credited back to your card at this age of automated transactions. State Farm believes in sending check which never gets delivered to your address but their other promotions and correspondence does deliver to the same address.

He contacted me promptly and made the entire process incredibly simple and stress-free. Also helped me save additional money by advising me on certain discounts to apply for, which I usually overlook.
