I regularly bought tires from Tire City several years ago before I moved out of state so I stopped here today when my tire was leaking air. They had me outta there in 30 minutes after repairing the tire for no charge. Fine, honest, decent folk running this place. I'll be back to buy tires from y'all when they need replacing. Thank you

Amazing service! I like the fact that they are super supportive of veterans and current service members! So I went there this afternoon to get a flat fixed! I was there less than 20 min. And they fixed my tire for me( at a very nice price, I can't say??) ! I will be returning in the future! Thank you guys, keep up the amazing service.

I called TireCity twice around 9:30 AM today to schedule an appointment and check if the tires I needed were in stock. The woman on the phone didn't even bother to ask for my vehicle details or tire size. Instead, she just put me on hold, and then the call got disconnected. I understand mornings can be busy, but this was really frustrating. To top it off, I sent my boss there to get the tires installed and see about some mechanical work. His experience was nothing short of a disaster. The customer service representative he dealt with was completely unprofessional. We chose this place because of the great reviews, but our experience was a joke. This whole ordeal made me have to take my business elsewhere. I strongly suggest the owner looks into this and takes appropriate action with the service writer who was on duty that morning.

I had a highly disappointing experience with Tire City. I went in to get four tires and an alignment done. When I inquired about whether they also repaired vehicles, I was rudely cut off mid-sentence and told that I could not repair my own vehicle there. This was not my question, and it was extremely disrespectful for them to make such an assumption. The customer service was terrible, and the staff were dismissive and unprofessional. I will not be returning to Tire City and would advise others to avoid this place if they expect respectful and attentive service. This was a Company Vehicle and a Company Expense, which was told to the associate before I even started to ask my question about the repair. So there was no reason to assume I did not have the money to pay for it or would ask for suck a ridiculous question or favor to work on a company car at another companys repair shop. What was going through his head? I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR OTHER BUSINESSES OR CUSTOMERS.

After a few well known shops told me they couldn’t install my wheels because they “might” scratch them, I ended up at tire-city. They installed my wheels without fear and never even mentioned that they could be damaged. They were fast, professional and very affordable to use. I will be using them for now on for all my wheel and tire needs!

Awesome service and people never a complaint, had my jeep lifted and they did an incredible job and quick to. Alingned and ready to roll and reasonable. No reason to go anywhere else for tires &Jeep work.

Went in for a tire rotation & wheel balance. Honesty had me leaving with only what I needed, a tire rotation.
Over the years, whenever I’ve needed tire services, I know I can trust the family at Tire City to do right by me. They never try to up service or overcharge me, which others have tried.
It’s hard to find an honest company and I’m glad Tire City is one I can trust!
