I cannot express how utterly disgusted and infuriated I am with my recent experience at the T-Mobile store. I've been a loyal T-Mobile customer for over 11 years, and this visit has left me questioning my decision to ever associate with this company again.I went to the store with the simple intention of purchasing a new iPhone 14 because my old one was becoming unreliable. Little did I know that this routine transaction would escalate into an absolute nightmare. I requested an iPhone 14, a straightforward request that should have taken minutes to fulfill.To my shock, as soon as I left the store, I received a notification that "Google One 2TB 15" had been added to all four of my phone lines. This unauthorized addition costs $15 per month per line, which adds up to a staggering $60 per month extra on my bill! I NEVER consented to this, and it was added without my knowledge or permission.Furious, I immediately contacted T-Mobile customer service to rectify this outrageous situation and have these unauthorized additions removed from my phone lines. However, my nightmare didn't end there. The very next day, I received a text message informing me that another line had been added to my family plan. This so-called "home internet service" was yet another fraudulent addition that I neither requested nor needed. T-Mobile, you have a serious problem on your hands!The receipt from this dreadful experience lists the sales representative as #309, who had the audacity to claim they were the store's manager. If this is how the supposed "manager" conducts business, it's no wonder this store has a history of multiple complaints. Numerous customers have been forced to seek resolution at other T-Mobile locations due to issues they had no part in creating.This store's blatant disregard for customers' trust and financial well-being is inexcusable. The addition of fraudulent services to phone plans without consent is not only unethical but also illegal. I am taking this matter to corporate and will not rest until this store is held accountable for its reprehensible actions.In conclusion, I recommend to anyone reading this review to AVOID this T-Mobile store at all costs. If this means going to another location or exploring other mobile service providers, so be it. T-Mobile, you must address and rectify this issue immediately, or risk further tarnishing your already fragile reputation. Your loyal customers deserve better than this disgraceful treatment.

Do not ever go to this T-mobile. I got there at 6:30 and they close at 8. They had the doors locked and the manager and the other sales associate looked at each other and started laughing instead of just saying “we are closed”. Very poor behavior I don’t recommend you come here.

I went to tmobile on commerce circle in bristol just one female working i needed a ipad for my grandbaby i gave her credit she took care of us and tons of other customers arriving she was alone tmobile needs to gave her award she was awesome i dont remember her name she was so sweet and calm with all her busy she did her job girl keep doing a great job i will definitely go to her agsin such sn awesome worker

I work for Metro down the street. Customers are always complaining about this location never being open with employees sitting inside. Tmobile reps should also know, that their customers cannot pay their bills at METRO. These folks need to do better at paying attention to whats going on. Corporate needs to visit this location immediately.

T-Mobile's customer service is the worst. My issue with them as a customer who is a senior citizen who tried to make changes to my bill that never happened. I tried to separate my bill from my son who want to pay his own portion of our bill. 3 months straight we called because they kept adding his phone services to my bill and each month that I called they said the next bill would reflect that it was for my phone services only which never happened. Long story short the last time I called they said that the time had ran out for us to make the change. The representative was apologetic but not really. The supervisor that we requested was down right sarcastic and basically said I can't help you and have a good day. My intention is to finish paying off my phone and never do business with T-Mobile again and never recommend them to anyone. Btw I have been with them for 7 years, always paying my bill on time!!!!

Worse Tmobile. First they close at 5pm not 8pm via the hand written note on the door (which was locked at 4 not 5). You are lucky if there are 2 employees working. You will wait around for an hour atleast just to talk to someone even if they don't seem busy. None of the employees even say hi or smile when you walk in.

I had the pleasure of Lauren assisting me, she was very patient with me! shes an excellent worker and put my fear of not qualifying at ease. she told me she was going to help me the best way she could so i walk out with a new phone & she did just that

This was the worst experience I have ever had. The manager was angry, rude and unhelpful.They refused to fix the two lines they opened without my permission. Refused to pick up my calls and when I was sitting in the parking lot on the phone with corporate they called the police. Ridiculous, utterly ridiculous.

This place makes no sense. They said they were under staffed and that we needed to call and make a appointment in order to come in the store. They have a sign on the door explaining that. I even called a few times and no one answered.

A few months ago this review would have looked a lot like the other one star reviews below. In fact I did have a one-star experience with the previous staff.Today, however I had a stellar experience with the new manager and staff. This store has done a 180 and is all new people from the top down.Lauren is absolutely wonderful. She is the new manager and resolved my issue in minutes. She cares about customers and it shows in her interactions.She was patient and explained things in a clear and fun manner. She is a fantastic example of the culture and expectation that TMobile sets for it's service.I recommend this location for your TMobile needs!
