“THIS is where to go. I was having a frustrating issue with my grip on a ball purchased elsewhere and went to see MMC from an hour away based on the recommendation of a friend. I described the issue to Glen and then showed him the ball. Within literal seconds of looking at it, he identified who originally drilled it and why I was having a problem. He did a masterful job correcting the ball and I couldn't be happier.
The shop is well stocked, well lit, well merchandised, spacious, and very welcoming with great business hours - not a dark closet hidden away. There is a lot to choose from and the personal service is second to none. It was well worth the trip from an hour away, I would recommend it for those even further away than that. If you are at all unsure of where to go, if you are new to bowling and don't know where to start, look no further. I picked up an MMC t-shirt while I was there, will wear it proudly!”

“Received online order today via express mail only to discover the product package had been previously opened. Front cellophane was torn and Joel Embiid bobble head appeared to be in used condition. Frustrated with the inability to speak with an actual person (only texting option for online concerns), I called Rally House Newtown to discuss an exchange. Mitchell gave me his full attention and offered to put aside a replacement. The Newtown store is a 30 minute drive, but when I arrived, the in store staff were all equally as attentive as Mitchell. When I asked about a refund on the $14.99 express mail charge, the Associate made sure I had the Rally House Customer Service number. Fantastic customer service in the Newtown store and thanks to them, as planned , I can mail my grandson’s Xmas gift tomorrow to his home in Italy!”

“I don’t usually ever post reviews but in this case I JUST HAD TOO!!!The manager of this location goes above and beyond! He did tell me his name but I don’t want to spell it wrong?. It was my 14 year old son’s first time shopping for a fitted hat. He has wanted one for months now! The manager took his time and he explained everything about the hat and answered our many questions. We did not feel rushed out of the store by any means and in the end he also made sure we were happy with our purchase. He was so kind and helpful!! “I always purchase my shoes and socks there they have a good selection and I like men shoes they fit better. The staff is always friendly and I got in and out in no time.
