Used to be good and ran by apt . Today it is FCFS , Don’t know why apt was for 8:30 , arrived at 8:00. It is 10:20 , still waiting for a door

I arrived 6 hours before my appointment, it took approximately 5 minutes to give me the door and in 20 minutes it was ready, it is a good place and the staff is friendly

Don't come before your appointment. Before they would receive you before your appointment but they no longer have as much space and they only receive you at your time. The person who assisted me today, 12/09/23, was very kind and professional and in one hour they unloaded me!!

My driver have an appt at 3 PM and arrived at 12:30 PM is 8:30 PM now and still 3 trucks in Infront of him with, no respect for the driver's time.04-24-239:30 PMUpdate: The driver left the facility not unloaded after 9 hours and 45 minutes of wait, note that this was a short 60 miles run and my driver expended the whole day at this receiver and have to leave the site without unloading because he burned his driving hours waiting there in a day cab. We'll never come back here again they don't care about the driver hours, my recommendations are that if you come here to bring a good book, drinks, and food and you will be fine.04/25/23update: driver arrived at 7:15 AM for his second attempt to deliver.... 10 trucks in front of him and some of them from last night, explained the situation to the site supervisor and she apologized and told him she will help, put him in a door at 9:45 AM out by 11:15 AMThank God we got there early 13 trucks still waiting for a door a the time the driver left.
