The 452 Rite-aid on Bristol would not answer the phone all day Saturday on July 13.

Rite Aid used to be one of those places that you didn't mind going to - now I hate it! They have the worst customer service, and there is always an issue when it comes to picking up my medicine. Today was the last straw, I am moving on to a different pharmacy. So many in line behind me felt the same way!

The guy that looks like Bob from Bob's Burgers is the worst at customer service.
