Love this branch everyone is so friendly from the lady at the desk as soon as you come in to all the tellers they all do a wonderful job.

For the most part I am utterly dissatisfied with the Bristol Branch location. For starters the excessive wait time to see a teller when there are more than enough able bodies to assist, but rather LOOK busy than offer any assistance. Next, whoever is working the teller position is often left alone hustling between the drive-thru customers and those who are patiently waiting in line to be serviced with little to zero colleague support. Finally, and this has to be the biggest reason I am leaving PNC, I had an internal banking concern than needed the branch manager's attention. I called on Thursday 11/17/23 inquiring about the branch manger and if they were available. A co-worker informed me that Amanda K (branch manager) would not return until Friday 11/18/23. I left my pertinent information requesting a callback. I then called on Friday, 11/18 in the afternoon as Amanda K. had not returned my call, inquiring if she was in the building and whoever answered the phone said she was meeting with another customer. I asked to speak to Travis, whom I might add, goes above and beyond his job description to assist customers. Great job Travis! Travis informed me to come to the Bensalem branch on 11/19 and speak to the branch manager there to get assistance. Today, at 1:37pm, Amanda K. decides to call me and offers little to no help in my situation, then tries to push my concerns off on the Bensalem branch manager. How repugnant!!! Amanda K. showed no concern nor provided any realistic assistance, but did indeed try to end the call so she could move on.

ATM takes your money and then says transaction failed. Wont give you your cash back. Go inside and the tell you wait up to 45 days for dispute. Any other business pulled this and the police would be knocking. Absolute worst service

Worst banker ever. I was the only customer in an empty lobby n only needed my account balance. Fn' Indian teller took forever n didnt seem to know what he was doing. Continuously asking for more n more info despite me giving him my ATM card n drivers license.... Before he asked what i had for breakfast, i gave up n went to the ATM.... faster than that clown!

They work hand in hand with the government to steal your money, had account opened in October by December corrupt government forced withdrawal by lein (into negative balance ~$16,000) but the account only had $800. How do they even think this is even remotely legitimate. Theives and tyrants NOT bankers.
