I had vertigo. The therapist went through some detailed exercises with me, but I didn't feel dizzy at the time. He said I need to do the exercise while having vertigo. He also gave me a written copy of the exercise for me to do at home when I have vertigo at home.

While I have gone here for PT and had a generally positive experience, I've recently started going here for OT and it's a very different experience. In one appointment (only an hour and a few minutes long), I was passed between 4 different therapists! I felt more like a sack of potatoes than a person. I understand there were several other patients back there, and having different therapists check in with you when your assigned therapist is busy is fine, but this felt like pandemonium. I was also in more pain the next day than I had been after previous appointments. I would really just prefer more care consistency than what I received.

While for the most part my experiences have been pleasant, I’ve found it a bit off putting that when working with James, he doesn’t start the appointments at their scheduled time, nor does he actually ‘end’ the session - he just walks away and works with another patient, leaving you to figure out you’re done. He also doesn’t really ‘check in’ with you during your appointment. I’m fine with doing the exercises by myself, but it would still be nice to not have to go and find him at the end of every series of sets.Overall, the treatment itself is very helpful, and my pain has definitely decreased since I started coming there, but… a little more consideration for my time and my needs as an individual would have made this easily a 5-star review.

I've been here for a shoulder and a knee rehab. James, Elle , Emma Shilrey and Jessica are amazing all in their own right. They've improved my quality of life every time. Thank you, y'all are amazing!!

I been going to this place for years didn’t have an issue then In July 2022 Shirley the physical therapist pulled my ankles so hard that I been in such pain ,was bruised up , seen specialists, wearing a brace , still limping . When I told her she just walked away from me . No compassion ! Her and her coworkers James and Fabrico gaslighted me ( to cover her but ) in the progress notes .out of the blue , they discontinued my physical therapy because of their maladaptive fear behaviors knowing that they harmed me . So unethical ! They show maladaptive fear behaviors .I should file a complaint with the license board !

My son came to Mr. James for a concussion. He has been very helpful to helping my son get better. Mr. James has a lot of patience and shows he cares for his patients. I would recommend anybody to go to NOVA CARE for Physical Therapy.

Fabricio is an excellent physical therapist takes his time and care with his patients. Doesn't push too hard and is always aware of what you're doing.
