Love this bank. I walk in and they know me by name, I'm not just an account number. The service I receive is always great which is why I've been a member for over 10yrs and will continue to be till the day they close the doors permanently.

I opened a secure credit card with bank for over 4-5yrs now....never miss a payment. From my understanding secure credit usually refund you after a year and issue you an actual credit card.(i guess i was wrong ?♀️)i talk to customer service about it and they said I should have let them know that I wanted an actual credit card...totallydisappointing ?♀️. Hopefully I can get some answers!!!!!

WORST customer service everytime u go through the drive through. I NEVER get a greeting, most of the time I barely get a goodbye. I have even called to address these issues with the manager & I was told it was because they're busy- LAME excuse for their ignorance!!!

I’ve been a member for a few years but I’ve never really had to call. Just talk to Janice. She was very kind, helpful and respectful. Shocked me how fast she was able to get a check from my account mailed to me and already got an email receipt without even giving her my email. I just wanted to go out of my way and thank her.

I've been a member with Access Credit Union for a few years now! I had a car loan through them which they offered me a very reasonable interest rate and made the entire process easy. The staff is very friendly and willing to help. Would highly recommend.

The most helpful and personable staff! Not only do we have accounts here, but her have our car loan here as well. They were very helpful in starting our son’s saving account! If you are looking for a Financial institution that looks at you as a person and not a number, then this is the place for you.

Horrible phone service, in 5 minutes I was transferred from 3 different departments. Not knowing where I was being transferred, they eventually put me in 3rd party verification. Steve the representative refused to help me or transfer me to the correct department. He became aggravated and you could easily tell he was not willing to help me or talk to me. After 2 minutes of him refusing to help me or get me to someone who could. I had to tell him “Steve I understand it’s early and this isn’t an easy call but I would just like some assistance”. Steve then proceeded to hang up on me, I called a different credit union after to inquire about starting an account and will be calling back to close my account with this place. If they are hiring people to behave like Steve, then I don’t need that type aggression in my life. Please don’t hire people like Steve anymore, your losing customers because of their service.

I've been a member there for roughly 6 years. I don't have much interaction there with most things being automated these days, but the few interactions have not been pleasant. I applied for a small personal loan there and the response was “I'm not sure how you were even able to get a mortgage but we can't approve thisâ€. I left and went to another bank who gave me the loan on the spot. I just tried to deposit a check that had my name and wife's name and they wouldn't take it although she endorsed it because her name wasn't on the account anymore(she left because she hated Access). Needless to say, I will be closing my accounts there. I'd advise you to look for a different credit union

I've been banking here for over 20 years, i can't believe it's been that long since it was built in Bristol. The majority of staff is friendly. I miss Steve! Debbie in the credit card division is phenomenal!! She knows how to fix problems. The front is always helpful. I've lived in Bristol for 26 years and have since moved twice I still bank with them. It's like family you don't want to lose a good thing! I've had solicitations by many banking organizations but I never even thought about leaving. I love the overdraft protection without all those high fees. I recommend this credit union.
