Very friendly and helpful staff ! Loved how my hair looked. Got balayage highlights and layers and a shampoo and conditioner for roughly $200. It was a great experience and will come back again ♥️

Wish there was an option for ZERO stars.Highly disappointed with the service I received following the staff’s bad vibes and attitudes :( Was $325 for hair extensions plus the included 20% gratuity! Wish is fine, but I absolutely hated the style, it wasn’t what I asked for and they wouldn’t fix.

I went in for a blonde dye job & a simple hair cut and was nearly butchered to death, the color I was given was dark brown, her excuse for wrong color error was “they ran out and she found the closest thing to the picture I showed “? but it wasn’t even remotely close! I couldn’t even get a refund or at a color correction!Service: Haircut

I went to get my hair cut and colored purple here and it was amazing. But since that first time I got my hair done here I haven't been able to make an appointment at all, I have been told that they would get back to me repeatedly but I never hear back from them. I went in one day to see if I could do a walk in since there's no communication otherwise. They said I had to call ahead to make an appointment. Is anyone else having this experience? I really hate to give this salon two stars but I don't see how they can run a business by ignoring what would have been a lifelong customer.Service: Hairstyling

I visited this place for the first time in early January, for a color and, cut.Raul was my stylist. He did a fantastic job of correcting a "choppy" haircut from another stylist. My color and cut, look amazing. The color is holding well, which, never happens for me. Lol. Very friendly atmosphere, and, comfortable. I will be back.
