“Was trying to find a perfume made in Ireland as a last minute gift. Although the shop had closed for the evening I figured I would call anyway and was told they had just closed but they would wait for me so I could get the item I needed. Absolutely incredible customer service especially in this day and age. When I arrived I found the door locked but was welcomed into a wonderful treasure trove of Irish goods and other items anyway. Although it was after hours I was even offered complimentary gift wrapping for the items I purchased. I try to support local small business as often as possible and will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you to the two ladies working that night (daughters of the original owners) for the extraordinary customer service and wonderful conversation. You made someones Christmas a lot more special! “I cannot speak highly enough about how wonderful Bernie Robbins is to their customers. My parents have been going to Bernie Robbins for years, and I know why. My now husband and I went to another Jewler to look at engagement rings. Walking out of the store, I had never felt so frustrated and defeated with looking at engagement rings. Something that is supposed to be light-hearted, and a great experience turned into the salesman telling us that we should not get married, and that marriage is pointless. Needless to say, I told my husband to never go back there, and "Here is Clint's card, go to Bernie's!"From day 1, Clint was and has been amazing! My husband went to Clint to purchase my engagement ring. We then went back to purchase our wedding bands and our gifts to one another - all done through Clint. “The first time I went to Royal Jewelers, I was there to see if they could fix the closure on a new pair of S. Smith earrings, the loop wasn’t completely closed on one of them. First, I’d like to note that both employees greeted me, even though they were both with other customers & let me know they would be right with me. I showed Howard my earrings, all he needed was a week! When I went back for them, the closure on both earrings had been perfectly recreated! The way they should’ve come in the first place! I was delighted! Almost a week later, I went back to see if they could fix my platinum and white gold ‘anchor’ ring, that I had somehow managed to split right at the tip. Another week & my beautiful ring is back in one piece and as shiny as the day it was purchased! You can’t tell it was ever even damaged.These guys are friendly and knowledgeable. I currently have my eye on a Scorpio pendant to purchase & I intend to have them clean my jewelry next! Highly recommended!! *****”

“Popped in to see if anything could be done to fix my engagement ring, which had a small dent (my fault!) in some delicate filigree. Bill gave the ring a quick inspection, brought it to his back room, and came back out with it all fixed up in a matter of 2-3 minutes. He didn't charge me (said it was such an easy job) and even offered some advice on keeping the ring in good shape going forward.”

“Gary did a repair on my grandmother's necklace. The silver loop on the pendant had worn down to next to nothing, and was in danger of breaking. Gary remade the loop and cleaned the whole piece to a lovely shine (he offered a process for making it look darker and more antiqued again if I wanted, but also said it would get there over time if I just waited).This was not an expensive piece by any stretch, but very sentimental and important to me. I was charged an incredibly reasonable price, which is more than I've gotten from other jewelers for doing relatively simple work, if they'll do it at all.Overall, a great experience. Highly recommend this place, and will be taking any other pieces I have straight here.”
