The information was great with each team member sharing their considerable knowledge, expertise and tips that no one explains to you! In fact I found out that I was eligible to collect my deceased husband’s social security while I am still working! Called social security today who confirmed I can immediately collect and am eligible for Six months of retro pay!!!! “"The person at the front desk" got a bum rap in an earlier review. I've come in to this office a few times over the years, usually with specific questions so complicated that they would make your head spin. I needed to be shown things in documents and have them explained to me. I needed to talk to a live person face-to-face.This has happened three times in the past couple of years. All three times, James was at the front desk, and he is without a doubt the most superbly informed person I've ever met at a front desk. He was knowledgable about every form and tricky situation I presented him with, and was able to clearly explain some very complicated procedures step by step. And all with good humor.Earlier in life I worked in the securities industry, so I can appreciate the value of someone like James in an office. In this age of internet transactions and phone-based customer service, it's time-consuming to have to drive to an office to get something done, so I want that time to be well-used. A trip to this Schwab office has always been worth my while, mainly because of James.This is a sincere, unsolicited review. I just wanted to set the record straight. Occasionally other people are at the front desk. I don't know who was there for that earlier unhappy reviewer, but I stand by my repeated experience.”

“I have really been struggling with banking since my credit union merged with TruMark. But there has been two constant positives with the transition. The friendly staff in the Downingtown branch and Cierra Chapman in customer relations. Cierra helped me tremendously when she was in the Downingtown location and continues to help me since she has transferred to another office. “Every time I go the tellers are friendly and helpful and have never had any problems with them. My only bone to pick with PNC though is I wish they'd open a branch closer to or in Levittown since I either have to go to this location or the one in Morrisville which are both about a 10-15 minute drive away (depending on traffic) from where I live.”

I had some issues with a payment getting declined, had it approved and still had an issue, Kyle personally called the card center after I hung up to find out what was going, he called me back and we were able to fix it (all after I told him I would wait until the next day to try again!) he really went out of his way to help ?”
