Keith who I assume is the manager is always very nice and helpful and he always takes the time to say hi upon your arrival and “have a blessed day” when leaving. He always uses your name as most tellers there did at one time but there are quite a few new teller faces so you can’t blame the newbies.”

“Every time I go the tellers are friendly and helpful and have never had any problems with them. My only bone to pick with PNC though is I wish they'd open a branch closer to or in Levittown since I either have to go to this location or the one in Morrisville which are both about a 10-15 minute drive away (depending on traffic) from where I live.”

I had some issues with a payment getting declined, had it approved and still had an issue, Kyle personally called the card center after I hung up to find out what was going, he called me back and we were able to fix it (all after I told him I would wait until the next day to try again!) he really went out of his way to help ?”
