I opened my business account two months ago with Inspire. I have never been taken more care of in my many years of having my business. Not only that, the personal attention I receive from Christine and Ashley are impeccable. My phone calls are always answered and they even come out to personally help me when I am in need. I refer them to everyone I know as this is the way business should be done and owners are taken care of.

I am the owner of a small local project management company, NMM Construction LLC, and I've been banking with the large banks for years until I met Christine!!!!! The exclamation points are needed when describing my experience working with her and this credit union! I know, and am treated like a valued customer, not just another account holder. From never getting pushed to VM to leave a message to in person house calls to set up my deposit machine these people go above and beyond! Strongly recommend to anyone looking to have their money gain interest or to just have that human relationship with their money managers.

Been a member since 2007. Joined their young savers program back then and have been with them ever since. I like the small feel of this credit union only 3 branches. All my banking is done through them. I’m very comfortable in the credit union world and pleased with this local one!

The absolute worst customer service, my card will not work. All of my money is in that account and I can’t access it because there is no one to talk to at all past 1pm on Saturday. So I have to wait until MONDAY just to get an answer. There should be a 24 hour emergency line just like every other bank. so now I’m stuck with zero access to my funds for the rest of the weekend. Awesome.

If you are looking for a bank with high fees, low returns and inconvenient locations this is the place for you. I opened this account when I was a teacher in Bucks County so I was a "member" for a long time. During that time they closed branches and instituted high fees. Online services were difficult to access. Closed my account and was hit with one last fee of $5.00 because I had a person process my closure. There are a lot of better choices out there.

Great bank of you need somewhere with an ATM. Terrible bank if you need customer service, get scammed on your account, or have to report fraudulent charges.3 weeks ago I reported fraudulent charges and yet have been spoken to by any representative, and when I call they tell me no one is available.Edit: last time I called I was unable to get through to someone who was available and they said I would receive a call back, that was two weeks ago. Don’t call me a liar, you have failed to cooperate with me for charges that were fraudulent and unauthorized on my account.

I joined this bank because there seemed to be a good amount of positive reviews and wanted a trustworthy bank. I joined in October 2022. All was well until the system update in January 2023. Over the course of the few days the system was down, any transactions made were manually entered by staff. It took four months and ME notifying them that they had multiple duplicates of atm withdraws, purchases etc. How could a bank not catch this mistake if they’re reconciling monthly as banks do? Why was I then forced to put in a dispute form and fight for my own money back that inspire took?They 100% manipulate the order of transactions posting, in order to capitalize off of hoping you overdraft so they can nail you for it.They also man handle your account, often times manually “pushing thru” transactions when the normal transaction will process simultaneously, therefore it being a duplicate debit. Takes days for them to correct and all the while you’re out your own money. Simply because greed makes them take it first instead of just allowing the system to do what it is supposed to. I’ve never in my life had a bank touch, manipulate or make changes to in all my 25 years of banking.I can’t wait to run far away.

I love my bank! Change machine on premises is awesome to have access to.
