Nicole at this location is the absolute worst. Book a car, get to the town I need to be in hours away from home, get a call that they have no cars and now I’m stranded. Best part is you have to call a phone number to get your refund W they screw you over.AVOID THIS TERRIBLE LOCATION AT ALLCOSTS, WALK IF YOU HAVE TO AVOID AVOID AVOID

The person representing this company has POOR customer service skills. Do NOT waste your time coming here if you do not have perfect/good credit. He did not take any time to see if or how he could help, he showed me where the bathroom was and left out the building....some things are priceless. ??

My experience here was absolutely phenomenal! The people that work here were so wonderful, friendly, and just superseded all of our expectations! They went above and beyond with the care for our car! Bristol motor, PA which is the satelite office of the Fairless Hills location, this place is very prejudice. Even the manager is a racist and rude..this location is one of the worst hertz u could ever do a continuous business. unprofessional..
