We were getting the run around from them then they said we had to have a major credit card and a bill in his name and they told him he couldn’t use a lease but that’s a bill he pays rent that’s a major bill they were being very rude and ignorant about the whole situation they really need to be upfront and honest about the rental car rules especially with the head quarters because one minute they tell us one thing and then when we get there it’s something different

Nicole at this location is the absolute worst. Book a car, get to the town I need to be in hours away from home, get a call that they have no cars and now I’m stranded. Best part is you have to call a phone number to get your refund W they screw you over.AVOID THIS TERRIBLE LOCATION AT ALLCOSTS, WALK IF YOU HAVE TO AVOID AVOID AVOID

My experience here was absolutely phenomenal! The people that work here were so wonderful, friendly, and just superseded all of our expectations! They went above and beyond with the care for our car! The person representing this company has POOR customer service skills. Do NOT waste your time coming here if you do not have perfect/good credit. He did not take any time to see if or how he could help, he showed me where the bathroom was and left out the building....some things are priceless. ??
