Lori personally returned my call. We were ordering a flower arrangement for funeral services. Lori helped guide us through what would be appropriate for the arrangement. They took care of delivering the flowers to the funeral home.

ABSOLUTELY STUNNING WORK! I reached out to set up a meeting to talk pre funeral arrangements for my grandmother & Lori told us to come in the same day. I had a very clear vision of what we were interested in and wanting and they definitely delivered & then some!! Once we met, I brought printed photos and had a color palette selected. We browsed through some of their designs, my photos, & by the end of the very short but effective meeting I felt Lori really understood my vision. My grandmother was a very extraordinary & special person to me - so I did not take the florals lightly. There were particular flowers that were important to my grandmom that I knew needed to be included but could be tricky to order & they made sure no questions asked to special order for us. She even managed to pop a few Iris in there! We received SO many compliments about how beautiful the flowers were. We were VERY happy with our flowers and will definitely coming back for our future floral needs. The custom made butterfly was PERFECT. Thank you so much to Lori and the expert floral team for making my grandmom shine ?

Smallest arrangement I’ve ever received for 85.00. I ordered my flowers online and it was received and put together from Finks. How disappointing and embarrassing it was when I saw them. From the image online to the final product, it was a disgrace. I could have went to the grocery store and bought the same flowers and put them in a vase for a lot less than what I paid. What I received what the size of a small not a large. Watch out if you’re ordering online. Images attached what I thoughts I would get and what I received.

Been ordering from Finks for decades for many reasons. Family owned for generations, great people and beautiful flowers. I live on the west coast and still call Finks to deliver flowers to friends and family back east. ?❤️
