Horrible and completely unprofessional. Driver said I wasn’t home (I was home all day and he didn’t even knock put a door tag number to go pick up my package when the package did not require a signature. Which makes no sense but I found out he made an excuse and said some random person came out of no where and specifically said my name and asked for my package but he didn’t even knock ?? (That’s what there 2 managers said not just the employee) Checked the camera there was obviously no other person just him being lazy I guess or trying to steal my package either or , I drive 30 mins to the shipping center with the door tag number which it said to do online and when I got there they said the box was damaged I asked to see the package and it was not damaged at all .. then the employee working the desk said I refused the package when they attempted to deliver it . Called the fedex customer service and they couldn’t even get ahold of the driver who left the door tag.How did I refuse a package when you left a door tag and didn’t even knock on my door or attempt to deliver my package . Then after she obviously knew that excuse wouldn’t work she asked for my ID which I gave her and it had the same name as my government issued ID but since it didn’t have the address of the package they refused me even though I had the paper slip you need to pick it up . Person right next to me got there package with only a tracking number no id no nothing… they definitely stole my package and now I’m fighting with the insurance company because they are claiming I refused the package when the package was a regular package that didn’t need any signature and should of been left on the step or mailbox . Yes it was small enough to fit in a mailbox and I have a mailbox .. does this sound normal ? My next review will be video and documentation proof cause that’s ridiculous had me drive a whole hour to get refused and treated like a criminal . Hope they all get fired and get treated the same way in a time of need . Well they deserved to get fired because why are they doing fraudulent things in a fedex center ??? Not to to mention i called out of work specifically to be home when the package arrived and they didn’t even knock .

My 13 year old son ordered shoes online, and he somehow put the wrong street number and name, but had the correct city, state, and zip ? Shoes were coming from across the world and made it to the local FedEx warehouse. We received a call and a text that it couldn't be delivered. I called, and they said I could pick up at the warehouse. I was concerned bc my son has a different name than me and only had a school ID, but they were able to verify both our identities/addresses and release the package vs sending it all the way back. The gentleman working was super chill - very kind and patient, and we were helped immediately.

What a great experience I had with FedEx Bristol, PA.actually, it was beyond great, it was amazing!
I was on vacation when my package was originally delivered and it needed a signature. Back it went to the warehouse. I called and told them my story (I am handicapped and cannot drive anymore) and the fabulously helpful young woman in the phone graciously offered to ask her colleague if he would deliver it to me and he said yes! Leigh was so nice and beyond amazing for helping me!! I know I’m not special, and he probably just thinks he was “just doing his job”, but to me it meant the world!! I got my medication and am so happy and thankful!
FedEx Bristol customer service went above and beyond for me and I am beyond grateful.

This place is located in the industrial park off of Rt 413 near 95. It's convenient to drop off packages for shipping. Use the front door and the customer service desk is right there. In and out quickly no problems.

I paid for expressed shipping on my items because I needed them by a certain day. However, my package is stuck at the facility & I will not have what I need for an important event tomorrow. The package was supposed to be delivered last night. I am very pissed.

I paid $15 for expedited shipping for a dress that I needed for this weekend. I got a notification saying that my order was delivered, I went out and found nothing. I reached out to support from the company I ordered from and they sent me a picture of where my package was delivered. It wasn't delivered to my house. Now I'm driving up and down streets to see if I can find my package. Super frustrating. We also have a fedex driver who delivers to the restaurant I work at and he constantly slams our packages to the ground even after we ask him not to, so I shouldn't have expected much.

Worst staff worst people on job. they don't respect if it's life science shipment and very important...simply few people born to give trouble and all of them are under one roof at this location...they need job ID THEY NEED DRIVING LICENSE if you provide them both they also need electric bill of your company in your driver's pocket to recover the shipment....lol...

In an industrial park and the box outside always seems empty of supplies when I go.... but it is open until 730pm... and they're nice people.... so what more do you need? It's still better than the post office. Watch out for the potholes in the parking lot though.
