Stephen Mooney and Michael Harmer were unprofessional and honestly ignorant. They were helpful when I lost my job and helped me through that time and I was very appreciative. As time went out, I would constantly reach our via email asking about updates on my auto policies and never received any response. It got to the point I would be constantly calling them. Fast forward about three months ago. I reached out to them because I found out I no longer had car insurance, I was not even made aware of this. I would reach out to them constantly and never mentioned it. I had to pay a hefty amount to get the insurance back. Once I paid them I kept reaching out asking about my next payment so I could plan, I could not be hit with another hefty bill. I would call their office and email multiple times and never an answer. I felt as if I was stalking them because of the lack of communication. I told them how I felt and how they think this was okay to treat a customer, one who has been with the company over six years. NOTHING. My last email was a last attempt, asking how they can ignore a customer and how I felt they were treating me due to my gender. Again nothing. I do not know how this company has people that works like this. To this day, I never felt so discriminated and unfairly treated. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they do not communicate with their customers and treat you unfairly. I got to the point where I wanted to call a lawyer becuase the way they were treating me just did not seem right.

Recently had the pleasure of working with Seth to get an updated quote for my car insurance. The quoted price through Farmer's turned out to be significantly lower than what I was currently paying with my other insurer.
The process for getting set up with Farmer's and cancelling my existing policy was much easier and smoother than what I had expected. Seth was very responsive and knowledgeable in answering any questions arose during the process. Would highly recommend.

Didn’t cancel my policy when I asked to cancel. Called back 3 different times to confirm. 5 days later I see my insurance is still active, call to cancel again, no luck. Went around them and called Farmers myself and got it taken care of. Don’t waste you’re time.

The WORST Insurance Company I have EVER had in over 50 years!!! Claim handling is HORRIFFIC!!! Even bounced check they issued to me for minimal payment!!! Later made good on it, no explanation!! $ and time awaiting claim resolution...Deplorable!!

Never get a new insurance card mailed to me every time I need to use this insurance it’s expired or have an invalid paperwork. you would think when your paperwork expires you would get new stuff in the mail. I have to call them every time I need the insurance card. Nobody wants to work anymore and he told me it was somebody else’s fault that I don’t have that.

They started harassing us with calls and texts after we requested a quote from a completely different agency not affiliated with them in any way. I hate businesses who participate in shady practices like this. I'm not doing business with a company like this

I am very satisfied with Farmers Insurance and agent Stephen Mooney. Mr. Mooney has always been more than willing to help in times of need. I have contacted him nights, weekends and he will answer or call back immediately. We also had an incident where our car was hit at a traffic light. Mr. Mooney had a new carseat available for us quickly. This agency is an asset to the community as well. I have witnessed the agency deliver food during the holidays to people in need and donate items to local schools for students.
