For the most part this store is kept clean, and has everything I need. I like the convenience of the location, and the hours are great as they are open late. However, this new manager I’m not too fond of. I haven’t seen her that many times maybe about 2/3 times in the evening. She’s alittle heavy, Caucasian and She’s extremely rude. If I need something for the house, kids school, whatever , I go to dollar tree first because I can stretch my money. And I have a small business as a crafter so sometimes I get too excited and overbuy thinking I’ll use something and dont. but as long as it’s unopened and I have my receipt I take items back. And u can read the dates on my receipt it’s only been a few days, a week max since my last visit when I go to exchange. The store policy allows u to return items so that’s what I do if I have too. I returned 5 items,well exchanged 5 items and she was just shaking her head and making smart remarks to the cashier who was helping me. She goes what is this impulse buys, the cashier was feeding off her energy and said there’s a lot of stuff your returning. I kindly said it’s 5 damn things I counted and I have a receipt. Do your damn job. How are u in a manger position and your rude to customers ? If you don’t like your job don’t work there

Bought nails and when I opened the box it said there were 12 count nails and I had 9 not even 10 nails and no glue for the nails

Everything is $1.25 now, but they have a lot better stock. Some brand names, which are definitely worth the extra quarter.

The staff was very inconsiderate today when I had a cart full of items and my 4 year old daughter needed to use the restroom. I believe an exception can be made for a FOUR year old to use the restroom to pee and the manager was very unprofessional.
