Absolutely horrific experience. So unprofessional and unorganized. No communication and no customer care. Had an appointment for 3 months. I call the morning of to confirm before driving the hour and am told they dont have any generator technicians to service my generators. Nobody ever called me to notify or cancel my appointment. The person on the phone told me to bring both generators and they would have a diesel mechanic do the service. Told me it would be done by end of day. Come first thing the next morning and am told 30 more minutes. Wound up waiting over 3 hours with little to no explanation. They told me the person servicing my generator went on break. They held my generators over 30 hours and didnt even service one of them. No customer care, no professionalism. Very hard to deal with as a small business owner. Stay far away

Working for RTR Motorsports /Vaughn Gittin Jr Motorsports it is eccential that we get to the tracks that we are trying to get to for race weekend Frank's truck developed a skip we knew it was the number to injector called these guys at Cummins they had one on hand and got us right in at 1:00 pm and gone by 4:00 p.m. outstanding service as well as outstanding Workforce. Thank you guys for making this a painless experience.

Matthew Rieser was extremely helpful with assisting my company with some products that we needed. I’ve dealt with so many companies and so many associates and they don’t come come close to the service I received at Cummins. Matthew was very respectful and patient with me while I explained what I was looking for and he lead me in the right direction. I will definitely continue my service with this Cummins.

Gabriel at Cummins on Ford Rd Bristol PA is an amazing asset to his company and was super helpful in navigating the complexities of our generator's warranty. The Mechanical Team diagnosed the odd issue we were having in our unit on the second pass. Gabriel explained all and we are grateful!

I am a full-time RV’er visiting Philadelphia. My 2003 Monaco RV water pump was leaking severely. I took my RV to Bristol/Philly Cummins. They noticed that the steering gearbox was also leaking. Tom Lyman (Service Manager) and his first-class team was extraordinary! Not only did they replace the water pump, they also replaced the steering gearbox! In my experience, their communication, expert skill level and tenacity has to be at the maximum in the industry. I highly recommend the Bristol Cummins Sales and Service Team.

So unhappy and dissatisfied with my service and experience at Cummins. We had to replace the carburetor in our less than 2 year old Cummins generator and brought it in August 19th. On September 12th we called because we didn't feel like the generator was working properly (didn't sound right when starting) and wanted to make sure we were doing everything correctly. On September 30th the generator was not working at all. It was sparking when trying to turn it on. I called Cummins on Monday October 3rd to schedule an appointment. Left message and no call back. Took it to my mechanic Wednesday October 5th since I never received a call back from Cummins and have 3 food truck events this weekend. As soon my mechanic opened it up and took a flash light he could see the problem BUT DID NOT TOUCH ANYTHING other than bolts that fell right out with his hand (no tools) (cables are loose due to bolts being stripped out. He told us he couldn't do anything and to take it right to Cummins. We called again trying to make an appointment and was told that the mechanic that LOOKED at it for me because no one at Cummins returned my call must have done it because when it was repaired by Cummins on August 19th it was working perfectly is what I was told. We were also told that you don't have anyone working on Generators right now. Can't schedule an appointment even if they wanted to help us.

I had an emergency with my generator during a storm a few months back. I called Cummins at 12am. A very nice gentleman called me back by the name of Gabriel within minutes. I was astonished of how friendly, caring and nice he was despite being woken up in the middle of the night on a Friday night.He did everything he could to help get me back up and running. A+ service ! I bought a contract after this interaction. I will refer friends and family to Gabriel here on out. It is refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely cares about the customer and not just making money.

We had issue with RV generator few days before our seven month long trip to Alaska. Of course I was nurvous but luckily I thought about looking for generator dealers on the map and found Cummins Sales and Service center about an hour from our home. I called and end up talking to William Everett who asked me to send him couple of pictures. With in few minutes he called me back and told me that generator was in the warranty and after finding me about our travel schedule he did go out of his way to gave an appointment for next day and assured me that even in the worst case senario generator will be fied before our trip. After inspecting the RV, needed generator part was ordered which took two days to arrive but as soon as part arrived they worked on the fix and with in few hours of them getting the part they fixed and tested he generator functionality.Customer service is excellent and seeing mechanics team there I have no doubt about the quality of work as well. I will not hesitate to recommend this place to my friends and family.

Outstanding fast professional service!Tony the manager wasted no time getting a technician to come to my shop and diagnose my truck. Tom Major ( the technician) was knowledgeable, professional and quick. Not only did he diagnose a problem that was not Cummins related but he also repaired it and got me back on the road. This service was priceless!!I will be using Cummins of Bristol in the future and requesting Tom Major.Thanks to both of you fine gents.
