“My rating is solely due to the customer service and support received from this specific location. My wife and I had a flight from Miami to Newark that was cancelled. We ended up being put on a flight the very next day, but instead to Newark, they sent us to JFK. We then needed to drive from JFK to the Philadelphia area and for a one day rental, Budget at JFK was charging us a little over $200 which is ridiculous.We then dropped it off at the Street Rd locations and I explained everything that had happened to us up until that point, not only was he sympathetic, but was very supportive. He ended up helping us out and cut out price from a little over $200 to $105. I definitely would recommend this location just for the outstanding customer service.”

“I bought a pre-owned 2019 6 speed manual Ford Mustang from them, they were nice and welcoming and chill. However I do wish that they had disclosed that the rims on the car had curb-rash (online you couldn't tell from the photos, and when I called and asked if there was anything wrong with the car, they did not disclose this). To be fair they did offer to fix it for free with no hassle so not too bad. Other than that Chris who helped me was very nice and helpful! Clean dealership, lots of cars, great car buying experience.”

“What a great experience! I had truck rental now for 3 months! Stan is always available even on his day off! Which unfortunately I was that guy to bug him all the time ?the employees there are just as on point with there service as he is. I was new to this business rental side of things and needed a truck to operate. Other places I went to were not the experience I had with these guys. “I had reserved a mini van from another Enterprise facility and the day before I was leaving they had called to tell me that the van had issues and were not able to rent me the van. I called all over and could not find another van to rent. I finally went to the Langhorne Enterprise and I met Sean Kerchak. He was a tremendous help in getting me into something that work for my family so we could pack and start our vacation. So thanks to Sean we made it down the shore and back without any issues. “It seems the location is experiencing high demand. Even with a confirmed reservation, I had to wait for the car to be ready. I was told after I arrived at the office that they will call me when the car was ready. I was already drop at the office and I had a business appointment to make. After I complained, I was told to wait and they would get a car that was just returned ready for me, as a courtesy they allowed me to return the car without refueling. Service was good, but they are room for improvement.”
“Just purchased the new K5 here. Love the car and the staff is good people! They made the process pretty quick and simple. I'm really happy with the car and deal I got! I seen another nearby Kia dealer try to mark up the price of all their vehicles by 3k for "market adjustment". None of that BS here!
Also they have the best selection in the area which is why I came here in the first place and whether you're leasing or financing you can basically figure out your approximate payment all on the website. If you're looking for a new Kia definitely come here for a good deal!”

“I recently rented a car from Newtown, PA for a return to a Manhattan NYC branch - unfortunately, there were some issues with the car I picked up from Newtown (no fault of any Enterprise employee or company - the car’s gas cap wouldn’t open so we were unable to fill the gas tank). The employees at the Newtown branch, Megan Durkot and Grace Hardesty, both went above and beyond to help us with this issue, such as calling a Mercedes Benz dealership to help troubleshoot, and ultimately got us quickly on our way with a different car when the issue couldn’t be resolved so we could make it home in time. They were so courteous and had a smile on their faces the entire time they were helping us despite the stressful situation they were dealing with, especially with multiple customers in the branch office at the time. Thank you Megan and Grace!”

“This enterprise took care of my customer when she got into an accident. They left the car in our small parking lot for a week where we get lots of tow ins at night. So be careful where you leave it for them to pick it up. The woman that picked it up was very pleasant and went over the car to make sure.”
“The staff ( Ailin ) is very friendly and professional. I have got a car assigned in few minutes. The car was clean and smelling good. Return was also 1 2 3. Price is good. I don’t see any reason to not give five stars.
