Called to ask for a manicure and price and she goes sorry not interested???? Very Disheveled and confused when talking to me like she’s on drugs.

They do a ok job on nails. No real complaint there but they do not really care how they deal with the public. I guess they have enough business. Sign says walk ins welcome but they are not and if you do you are told appointments are required. Take the sign down then. They are very rushed and phone rings constantly so they are obviously busy and do not mind what they say or do

I’ve been here two times already and I will not go anywhere else again!! They truly take the time to perfect your nails. I’ve been to many nail salons but this place has exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend! :)

This place is ridiculous. I went in there because they do walk ins to get a refill. first the lady told me no because the other lady wasn’t there. But ofc the lady works there you would think she can do a refill sitting there doing nothing. if not why tf are you even there. Now Another girl I made an appointment with followed up with me all week to come in refill, eyebrows n lashes. She just canceled on me last minute. this place is a joke

Only came here about twice for my eyebrows, they always acknowledge you when you come in and service has always been fast for me.It's a very clean environment. I don't recall who did my eyebrows one day, but I was having such a bad day and got a bad phone call while the woman was trying to do my eyebrows, she was very patient with me and tried to make me feel better will go back soon for more service. :)

I am blown away. Absolutely and utterly blown away! This is the BEST gel manicure I have ever had. The owner is so kind and her attention to detail is impeccable. I am so, so happy with my new set! C J Nails is the only place you should be getting your nails done in Bristol Borough.

They waited until after my gel mani(scheduled) to tell me that they could do a gel pedi(unscheduled). The issue is that there wasn’t enough of the same color to complete both services & I asked prior to polishing. I don’t want two different colors on my nails. I would’ve adjusted my choice prior to being serviced had I been given a definitive answer. The pedi was rushed. Clearly I was squeezed in. Isabel does good work but the huffing & puffing is so unprofessional.

Loved my nails. Got a foot wax and my feet were as soft as a newborn's. My nails came out lovely and lasted a long time. Staff was friendly.
