“I recently had an issue with a mobile parking app and received a ticket even though the transaction went through. I had called customer service and spoke with Eileen. She told me the time on the transaction had actually gone through after the time on the ticket. Disappointed, I accepted that this was probably an error I had made during processing, however Eileen then called me back after doing some research and was able to send me the time the payment was processed as pending, which was well before the ticketed time. She saved me $76. I tried to express to her how very much I appreciated her additional time and effort in securing the information needed. The customer service received was well above my expectations!”
