I recently had my calibers done by my boyfriend who didn’t put the bolt in right enough and one fell off. Margie Marshall not only got me the parts I needed she came out to put it on for me because of my safety. I’m so very grateful for you doing this for me you didn’t have to but you did ❤️ keep up the great customer service and safety for your customers.

I don't normally give bad ratings however there were 5 employees working, if you could call it that. 3 were sitting, playing on their phones and conversing from one end of the counter to the other. No one greeted me or asked if I needed assistance, until I walked up to register. I knew what I needed but there was another gentleman that walked in and needed a specific size wrench or ratchet, two of the employees literally just pointed over to an aisle, instead of pausing their conversation, putting their phones down and getting up to assist him to find what he was looking for. Cmon younger generation, you are in customer service, you need to do better!

I was looking for a part for my car on the app and called the store for inventory status and price check. The girl that answered had no idea what I was talking about when I named the part I was looking for and also said the computer wasn't coming up with anything either. However although there was a great lack of knowledge she was still very friendly and after giving her the part number was quick to answer my questions and online pick up was a breeze!

Only thing I can say about last night’s in store experience is WOW! Never in my life was I made to feel so awkward and uncomfortable. How unprofessional, juvenile and straight up rude was the staff. Literally had me at a lost for words. Not only did I have to stand in what I thought was a line. I then had to walk through a crew of children to get serve. Finally making to the counter only to be greeted by the most unpleasant employee the franchise has. I was spoken to very kinda Condescendly. It wasn’t me who had a hard time understanding the transaction rather then the professional who been at the job for years. To end this “wonderful in store experience “ The 2 auto zone employee then start a Conversation about me and my friend in a different language. Which involved laughing ,Pointing and outlandish body gestures. Little did they know I myself of Hispanic Descent could understood every word muttered out of their mouth. I have already contacted the corporate office The HR department and I will be speaking to the store manager directly . this type of racist behavior Needs to be addressed immediately because this is one of the biggest problems we face today as American

Do not go to this Autozone. My son went and bought what he was told was a new alternator. After he put it in and return the core I come to find out it was a rebuild one. He paid for the better one and they switch it on him. This is the second time they switch a more expensive part with a cheap one on him and charge him with the expensive price one. They took advantage of a kid. It looks to me Autozone so look at the returns because i bet some at that store is making money on this scam. PLEASE USE ANY OTHER PART STORE OR AUTOZONE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF.

Well one in there for a turn signal bulb there was one young man helping two older gentlemen so I walked by and then The Bold and came back and stood in the line that I thought was the only line but I did notice another gentleman at a register but he didn't he looked up at me and he didn't say anything so I just thought he was on break so I was standing there for a good 5 to 8 minutes and the young man who was helping the older men looked up and I said is there another register open and he looked at the other worker and the worker looked at me and to say hes open so I said to him so you watched me walk by and then stand in this line and he says no I didn't watch you walk by I saw you go by I said whatever. you know I wasn't going to leave this bad review I figured okay maybe he's having a bad day but when I had to take the bulb back because I got the wrong one my son ran in and I sat out in the truck waiting for him and I saw the same thing happen again to another fella as he's standing in line behind my son who the same kid that waited on the two other older men is now waiting on my my son and the same fella standing there doing nothing so I said well apparently he didn't learn his lesson so I'm writing a review sorry AutoZone I usually always have good experience in them

This was the best Autozone in the district with the old store manager and crew. The new store manager, an older white man is terrible. Wanted to return something I bought with a holiday visa card and didn't have the original card and he wouldn't return it for store credit.He acted like I was trying to get over on him or something, this use to be my favorite location and won't be coming back. They can do a no receipt return for store credit and the old crew would help you knowing $20 store credit is worth it for repeat business.Terrible service now will be letting everyone in my industry know to avoid this location going forward

This AutoZone has saved me after my battery died and after AAA gave me a jump in a parking lot. Went straight to this place and they let us borrow their tools to install a new battery. Love the level of customer service and support at this location. Thank you!
