“In late June, my car started acting funny and eventually wouldn't go into gear. No warning light came on until the evening it just wouldn't go into gear. I had already scheduled an appointment elsewhere and called my auto insurance provider to have the vehicle towed to that shop. Mark, the owner of Challenger Towing arrived and saw the car wouldn't go into gear. He was fine towing it to the other shop, but said it as most likely the transmission. He mentioned that many newer cars have CVT transmissions and they don't provide as much warning compared to older cars. He took the car to his shop and verified it was the transmission. I'd once said that I'd never pay for a new transmission, but we had just paid the car off two months prior. I had no desire to take on another car payment so quickly. I got the extended warranty on the transmission. I know also know about CVT transmissions and didn't before. When it's time for a new car, I plan to ask if it has a CVT transmission because they tend to only last for 100,000 miles according to my online research. Our Rogue was just under 89,000 miles when the transmission went out. You can trust Challenger Towing - good people, great service.”

As you might notice from driving by or a Google street view the lot is full. They have a lot of people bringing cars here for repair. It's not the kind of place where you go in and say can you have this done in an hour?”

I was pleasantly surprised to have the car back the same day. Today I had my car in for a small adjustment. Danielle in the office got it scheduled in and was very professional and polite.
