Ordered food around 7pm. Was in the drive through. Got home with the food less than 10mins later. My food was warm, but was very, very stale. It was obvious that the fries in my order had been sitting nearly all day (I’m a former Wendy’s employee). Highly disappointed. My food was completely inedible and I had to throw it away. Will not return.

Inside order to go, 7 PM. Employees swearing and talking about "killing" each other. Order was wrong, missing items. Took so several minutes to remake and was still incorrect.

I have never had such a positive experience at Wendy's. The guy who served me at the drive through (think he was the manager) was so friendly and meticulously prepared the order. Amazing service. Never seen a drive through move so quickly!

Tonight, I ordered on the app for pickup via the drive-thru. Got in line, and two Neanderthals ordered using the speaker. They must have had a lot of everything or asked a lot of questions. Both of their orders took a very long time to place. When I got to the speaker to say I had a mobile order, no one said anything for quite some time. No "hello," no "I'll be with you in a minute," no "take your time to look at the menu," not even a "go [expletive] yourself." ?♂️Pulled up to the 1st window as instructed, and the lady told me an order total that wasn't mine. I said I had the mobile order, and she said "oh" and shut the window. ? I like to get my paper receipts so I can scan them with the Fetch app. I was not offered a receipt.It was quite some time until the Explorer in front of us moved. I wondered aloud if they were birthing, raising, and butchering the calves in there for our burgers.Marty McFly and Doc Brown couldn't have sped up the situation.At least the (very small) order was correct.Kid-friendliness: My kids love it here. Inexplicably.

Stopped in for lunch while my vehicle was being worked at Firestone next door. Very friendly and clean. They even offered me a military discount. Do stop in and enjoy the some of the most welcoming service you will receive.

This place is "Filthy"The tables are literally covered with food and no one is even at them.Dried up sticky pop all over the seats.The junior hamburgers are Horrible...The hamburgers were barley cooked.Fries were over done.The service was deplorable...20 minutes for a couple of hamburgers a small order of fries and a couple of frosty's.While waiting I heard an employee complaining very heavily about never working the drive-thru again, in a very rude fashion.Trash all over the floorPop all over the floorPop all over chairs and tablesComplete messI wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy
