“They are wonderful! We saw Dr Bishop multiple times with our dogs a 4yo black lab and 3.5yo cocker spaniel. Dr. Bishop spent a lot of time with our lab and making sure he was comfortable. We started the visit with him anxious/uncomfortable and ended it with zoomies and kisses. We could not recommend her more!”
“We took our 3 year old dog to Pleasant Valley. My husband and I were both nervous about her appointment as Alley was always anxious at her previous Vet. She barked a little and then Katie sat on the floor with her and comforted her. She calmed immediately. When Dr. Meg came in she barked and Dr. Meg sat with Katie and Alley calming her again. We have never had that experience and extra care and patience with Alley. She became so comfortable they were even able to clip her nails. We are elated with the care we received for Alley!! We will now look forward to any and all future appointments.”

She's a rescue with lots of anxiety and doesn't do well with strangers but they've all been so patient and understanding and have worked with her every step of the way to provide the best care possible. “VERY CARING PLACE. TOOK OUR MARLEY IN TODAY AND SHE WAS SEEN BY DR AARON. HE WALKED IN AND UNDERSTOOD THE NATURE OF OUR DOG WITHIN SECONDS AND DROPPED DOWN ON THE FLOOR AND SAT TO RELEAVE ANY STRESS THAT SHE HAD. SHES A 90 LB GERMAN SHEPHERD WHO HAS A LOT OF ANXIETY WITH OTHER MALES. DR AARON DID GREAT AT ASSESSMENT SHE HAS A YEAST INFECTION ON HER BELLY AND BACK WE WERE TREATED WITH THE UP MOST RESPECT AND ALL OF THE STAFF DID GREAT SHE EVEN GOT HER NAILS DONE. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH OUR VISIT THANKS GUYS”

“I've been with doc since the day he opened 30 some years ago. Will never go anywhere else unless he's not there & it's an emergency. Now having cats 4 & 5 I STILL go there. In fact he saved my cats life after I adopted them bc of how sick they were. He even worked with a pharmacy when I was on vacation so I had medicine for my male cat. They're the best. Doc loves what he does & the cats that come in. He cares about the people too. I really can't say enough about them. They're caring, thorough & not pushy.

When Dr. Anne is not in the hospital the staff cannot start treatment on an animal without supervision.People who do not have a file with the Hospital just can't walk in for service or emergencies. They are not staffed for that. Use your common sense.The staff is very competent and compassionate. Been a client for over 30 years. The best!”
“A Step Up is an amazing veterinarian clinic! We took our kitty of 18 years to them for end of life services and they were compassionate and knowledgeable! The doctor and nurses were absolutely supportive and kind!! They even provided us with 2 cast paw prints with his name on them for my children to have! “i completely misread the appointment information and came in two weeks early. i offered to come back, but staff were very accommodating and got me an appointment within the hour! they were very nice to my dog and informed me about the purpose of every vaccine, and answered my health questions. my wallet is a bit sadder, i will admit, but that’s what normally happens owning pets.”
“This review is based on only my first visit. So, I will update as time passes. I lost my last cat due to severe cancer that was missed by my previous vet due to neglect or ignorance (long story, but at the ER they could feel and see the massive tumor ravaging her.) I decided to adopt someone new and needed a new vet. My guy is tolerant of change more than average as a former stray, but the first vet we attempted still scared him and was very rough and unnecessarily short. I got worried that this would affect him in future visits as my last cat was terrified of vets and the car. PHPH was so nice from start to finish. My cat didn't make a sound or even struggle. The tech and Dr did very well handling and examining him. He obviously wasn't happy about it, what cat loves travel and strangers holding them? But he was way more chill. They seemed very informed and were fast and efficient.
I hope that this means good things for care down the line. I've decided that this will be his new vet for now. The front desk staff was also great.”

“I love Robinson Animal Hospital. I have been coming here for at least 8 years. Dr. Keffer is my go-to for all my pocket pets; rats, and now chinchillas.
The staff are friendly and kind. They sent me a sympathy card when a rat I brought in passed away the next day (he was sick they did nothing wrong).
They take CareCredit, which is helpful to break down payments into smaller increments. Pics of the pets for Google tax.”

“Hidden Valley has been taking care of my two dogs for several years. I have never had a bad experience. Every interaction has been professional and the vets ALWAYS seem educated and are always more than willing to run tests if I am concerned about something.
When I call, they work with my crazy schedule to fit my dogs in where it is possible. I know they’re a smaller clinic with limited hours, I don’t always get in when I absolutely want, but that’s life! If it’s something illness related, we are always taken care of either the same day or within a day or two. To me, that’s reasonable scheduling - they have other animals to care for as well (note: If I’m truly worried, I’ll take them to an emergency vet).
This past Friday my one dog had a tooth extraction. While I was worried, I trusted the vet and the staff to take good care of my dog. And they did. And still do.
I highly recommend Hidden Valley Animal Clinic!”
“Our dog got his ear cut pretty bad and my regular vet couldn't get him in. I called and Dr. Schuerger got us in. He was to the point about everything telling us about what would need to happen. The office staff was wonderful and sweet the entire process. When we picked him up, Dr Schuerger explained in detail what he had to do and explained the aftercare in great detail. He did ask my education level, but ONLY so he could explain things to me the correct way. I'm not in the medical field, so I appreciated he took the time to fully explain things without making the process more confusing. I appreciate how sweetly and quickly they cared for my dog and highly recommend them for care.”
