The postal workers at this office are so wonderfully kind! I ordered an artist-signed vinyl from overseas and the package was damaged in transit so the signed cover fell out. I was so sad and assumed someone stole it before it reached the US. Fast forward a week later, my husband is dropping off a package and the person working the counter noticed my name on the return label, which matched the name on the signed cover (that he happened to remember?!?), and asked if one of our packages had been missing something recently… because the staff had seen it after it fell out and saved it for OVER A WEEK, I assume not knowing if they’d ever find the owner but recognizing it was important!!! I was in total shock and so touched, it meant so much to me. These days the world is a tough place and service jobs are so hard to keep a positive outlook with. But clearly the staff here still care about our community. Bridgeville is lucky to have them ❤️

I realize that I booked my passport appointment at a good time in between rush hours, but regardless of that, the folks there were sharp and super efficient. They made my life easier and improved my quality of life. This Post Office is strongly recommended.

Everything was great! Our appointment was for 1hr. We had four people, it took 45 minutes to do everything: photos, paperwork, etc. Mark was the staff member that helped us. Mark was fast, efficient, and friendly.

I have only had pleasant experiences at this post office (which cannot be said about all post offices). I have bought stamps, sent packages, shipped large amounts of wedding invites, and everything has always been taken care of in a quick and easy process.

I never thought I would have a favorite post office but now I do! Mark was efficient and kind. He listened to what we needed and helped guide us to get it done properly. I will do all of my mailing and passport needs at this location. Give that man a raise!!
