First time patient - I can’t speak more highly of this children’s urgent care. The wait was average and there were quite a few people in front of us (Saturday evening). There are plenty of fun busy boards on the wall for children to play with. The woman checking us in was so nice and helpful. Nurse Alec was an amazing nurse with my 7 month old. The doctor was so bubbly, kind and patient. She gave us a diagnosis and some medicine. 5/5 would recommend and we will be using this facility again when we need it.

Website states they can diagnose and abscess. Provider had “no clue what it is” and even suggested it may have been a lymph node to my already anxious teen. Referred us to dermatology that has a month waiting list. You can’t wait to treat an abscess! I shouldn’t know more than a medical provider but thank goodness I did!

I took my son with a bleeding wound which need stitches, first it took more than an hour to see a doctor telling us that this hospital cannot do stitches, my son was bleeding and in so much pain they didn’t even bother to give him any numbing cream or pain medicine before referring to upmc downtown hospital. And that hospital is even worse and they keep us waiting for more than 3 hours before doc can attend him ( including drive to downtown)Worst experience ever .

This facility is wonderful. I've been here on three different occasions after my sick child's symptoms were dismissed by his pediatrician. Each time, we walked out with answers and a cure. They staff have all been wonderful, even on super busy nights. I have full confidence in this place when it comes to making my baby better

My last experience the dr could not take the time to actually check him because as she said they needed the room. Sent us out with cough sore throat and chest hurts. Don't waste your time.

Really pleased and grateful for my daughter's express care here. Reasonable wait time; real humans answer the phone with reasonable answers and care; clear, brief, and kind check in process, clean facilities, quality and comprehensive care fromstaff across the board. They genuinely seemed to care about what was happening AND understanding my daughter's history of care,Etc. Thank you NP Lauren and team. Highly recommend!

I took my 5 years, son here for a stomach pain, and they couldn't help him. We left without any help from them. Am not sure what kind of doctors they have there.

The specialist was very attentive to my son. He explained the diagnosis in detail. The follow-up was perfect.It is worth mentioning that they helped us with a translator and documents in our first language.

Everything is good except there no online reservations. Every time the wait is over 100mins and you can't do phone registration and have to be in person. Online registration is limited to 10slots mostly will not get same day.

Gwen was an angel.Really took care of us after being transferred from Washington. The rest of the staff were only a step below an angel because Gwen went that extra mile for us. Everyone was so great there. Some people complain about wait times, but that is just the nature of them taking care of us workers who need to their children to see a doctor at night.Thank you for taking care of my little girl.Jon

Grandson seen last night for possible fracture in his leg... Sent for x-rays sent home to await results....Grandson 2 year old still walking on leg. Xrays done 830 pm it is now 1020 am the next day and still waiting results. Very unprofessional and added stress to family patiently waiting results..
