This was my first experience with Sarasnick’s, after being referred by a friend for their tool sharpening service. I called to ask if they were able to sharpen chisels, and was told they could be done in a few days, but no specific timeline. I dropped them off on a Monday, and called back Friday and was told their was still 60 other things ahead of it. Next Wednesday, we called in and they said it was done. After receiving the chisels, I was shocked when I saw that the chisels were not only not sharp, but totally damaged with crooked angles. I had to pay for another service to have them sharpened, in which the person was even more horrified at what they saw. The worst part and the reason why I left a 1 star review, is that when I called back to notify Sarasnicks, the customer service was nonexistent. The man answering the phone had no desire to help me or to get a refund to make things right. Very disappointed.

This place has just about every nut and bolt you can imagine. They also carry a full line of Milwaukee cordless tools and Stihl products. Fair prices and an actual staff to help.

Had a snowblower there for repairs, never heard anything back from them for well over a year so I went to the store and met with the owner Jason, who told me that they scraped my snowblower, and that he called me many times, this is NOT TRUE he never called me. Mr. J.Sarasnick is a dishonest man. I have contacted him several times to come up with an amicable agreement as to how he’s going to reimburse me for the cost of the snowblower and he becomes extremely hostile and defensive, Obviously, I’ll have to take this to the justice system, but beware and NEVER trust this guy. After reading the other negative reviews, I can attest that the owner and his staff take great pride in being rude and hostile toward their customers, they don’t appreciate people supporting their local business.

Stay away from the repair shop. $100 on a weed Wacker repair . When at Wal Mart I could have gotten a new one for $110. They didn't even fix it, replaced a carburetor I already replaced . It does not run and they say another week ,after having it for a over a month. I Cannot support this small business.

Possibly the best small engine repair and tune up shop in the area. Very friendly, very reasonably priced. Excellent service. Avoid the big box stores and shop locally. These guys are top notch.

They boast extensive inventory which is only partially true, I find Bridgeville merchants more self centered than customer dedicated, too bad because Bridgeville could be a nice place to shop !
