Let me start off by saying I am not mechanically inclined so hardware stores are like going into a different country for me. I had taken my snowblower in to be serviced as when I lived in Ohio it was in storage and last winter here was mild. Prior to taking it in Inhad tried new gas and the electric start...nothing. Luckily I dropped it off Sunday and got it back today. Service was great, price was fair, and they did a great job quickly. One thing to be noted is if you have a repair or need salt - use the back alley.

DO NOT go here for anything Milwaukee related!!! The owner is a total j*** and they will give you the run around for weeks before they finally tell you they can't help you! Do yourself a favor and just stay awake from this place!

I have been shopping here for as long as I have lived in Bridgeville. I have always had excellent service, and they usually have what you need, or are willing to order it if it isn't in stock. I have had my equipment serviced here too, like chainsaws and weedwhackers, and it is usually ready in a few days. If you have a question, there are people right there who know the answers, and you don't have to track them down like you do in a big box store. Glad we have this place in our small town. I also like that they are open early, so you can get what you need, and be on your way.

Caution: The management of this store is extremely rude and condescending. I stopped in to have my leaf blower repaired. After being told that it would be 4-6 weeks or maybe longer to complete the repair, I asked why it would take so long. The manager actually told me, "You didn't buy this here so we're going to fix the equipment that was purchased here first. If we run out of work with that equipment, then we will work on your blower. We'll use your repair as filler." In an effort to possibly help speed up the repair, I attempted to communicate the troubleshooting steps that I had already taken. When I began to speak, the manager rolled his eyes, interrupted me and said, "Ya, we'll look at it when we get time." and he continued to convey to me how fortunate I was that they were going to look at it at all. When I inquired how much a new Toro blower would be, he told me that they only sell the best equipment so they won't sell me a Toro. I wondered how Toro would feel about one of their certified repair shops telling customers that their products are not high quality! My recommendation is that you stay away from these arrogant and rude people.

I have been shopping there for years. It's nice to be available to ask questions when I am not sure about something. Very helpful staff. Only wish for longer Sunday hours. However one employee is very condescending, he can turn a good experience into a negative on very fast.

90% of the people who work there are arrogant condescending douchebags. Not everyone worked their whole life in a family owned hardware store, excuse me for not knowing which tool to use for which job

Your business is very inconvenient. Opening at 6 am is convenient for contractors on their way to a job but closing at 5 pm is not convenient for the general public. If someone wants to work on their house during the week after work, they either have to buy the materials and tools the weekend before or go to, that's right, Home Depot. Speaking of big box stores, I came in today to buy a hunting license and was told that you are cash only. You're forcing me to go to the store where I never want to shop, Wal-Mart. If you want to compete with big box stores, you need to adjust your mindset to 2013, not 1978. I'd prefer to give you my money but you make it very difficult.
