Terrible delivery / installation experience.
** GET A NEW PHONE SYSTEM!! **
You're disappointing 4.2million people or more a year with that system. Read below for more.
I paid more for thier services thinking it would be better. Ordered a dishwasher to be delivered,installed and have the old one removed. I paid an additional $300 for this.
The day of the delivery. Got a phone call saying they're coming and asking if the old one was uninstalled. I said no I'm sorry I didnt know that was a requirement. They said its ok they can do it. I said great - thinking- if i could uninstall one why would i require help with the new one??
When they arrived they were here for a few minutes and said I'd have to uninstall it because they couldn't get the old one out. They told me to just call and they'd come back at no extra charge.
When I finally got around to doing this easy three step process and pulled the dishwasher out. Calling back was a nightmare! I couldn't connect to anyone at the store because the automated phone system is garbage and disconnected me 4x! When i finally got through to talk to someone (she was lovely and kind) but expressed its a common problem that she has to hear abt 4-5x a day!! I called the number to the delivery services - it said call back in an hour because their systems were down.
Idk if anyone who matters will see this but - just realize if this poor associate get 5 people per day complaining about the phone system being unhelpful x365 days a year and 2,337 stores.. theres 4.2million upset people (keep in mind that's jsut the number of people who make it to a person and don't give up) - a loss for no reason. This is a basic service!

Lazy workers, never would I go back when I know how every other store in the greater pittsburgh area is ran...I hate a I get off at 6pm so I'm clocking out at 558 and shutting down necessary areas at 550 type business...if u can't be there til 610 perhaps take a day shift idk...disappointed but not surprised

Beware of the different (cheaper) online price compared to in-store! The manager explained they do this to lure you in for things you need immediately and hope you don’t notice the more expensive prices and buy more items while in store. They won’t “price match” their own official website either!

Eric from hardware has been extremely helpful with our shopping today. He helped us purchase the right tools we needed. He was patient enough and clearly explained about the tools and their differences which helped us make the right decision with our purchase. He helped us until we got the item loaded into our car. 08/27/2024 just before 12 noon. Announcement on PA. “Any available Associate NOT with a customer” return the carts from the parking lot. They probably used to say just “Any available Associate “and no one came because they would say they were busy and not available. So they added in that “NOT with a customer” ….. But guess what?
Looked around the store, no one with a customer. Time to leave, went to parking lot.. All parking lot cart returns full of carts, no one responded the announcement. LOL
