I came in last week to get a haircut. I lost most of my hair due to chemo and was trying to grow it back but just couldn’t take it. Summer did a great job! I was crying because she tried her very best with what she had to work with! Summer thank you and I’m sorry if I made you sad with my tears. You did a great job! The ladies are all super nice! Give Summer a shot she is great!

I had a last minute window to get my highlights filled in. As my usual place was booked, I gave Supercuts a try. They were very nice and welcoming and my stylist, Kristin, seemed knowledgeable, having cut hair for 10 yrs. I wanted my roots filled in and brightened up, I requested. I thought odd I didn't go under a heater, but thought, I don't always. After it was done, my hair seems even darker than before??? My light blonde streaks I came in with, were now sandy blonde. Guess I need to bring a picture to where I go next....

Will not go back. I’ve had my haircut done here before, but the last time was the final straw. Dallas pulled my hair so hard and rough that the chair was spinning with the pulls. I had tears in my eyes. The whole time she complained about her lack of staff and having to work a ton by herself. The cut so was fast I was in and out in 15 minutes, which might be great for some, but my thick hair felt awful and jagged after.I like the prices here, but would rather pay more for better service and experiences.Service: Haircut

Had a horrible haircut done right before Thanksgiving. I was so embarrassed by the cut I received that I had to wear a hat to our families Thanksgiving dinner. Horrible place!

Be prepared to wait regardless of your check in time. Shows multiple people working but only 1 for a Saturday.

Said they were booked all day no a soul in there. I waited 5 mins and called after walking in and they said on the phone they had no wait. The girl just didn’t want to wait on me in the first place
