Supposed to be open 24/7 but rarely open past 10pm. Day and evening staff are nice however.

Very rude and ridiculous staff.Made my sister cry bc an attendant said the last time she was there her charge declined .My sister asked to see a receipt or documentation so she could pay the correct amount, not just what the attendant thought she remembered.Was told she was a bad person bc she wouldn’t agree to pay whatever the attendant thought she remembered with no proof at all.Guess it’s their policy to harass their customers bc of their staffs mistakes.

My Shop 'n' Save Points expire tomorrow, plus I was low on gas and I went to this Sunoco to get gas and use my points before they expire. They told me due to problems with the system, I could not redeem my points at this station until further notice. I was very disappointed.

They told me "No public restroom" to my little 4 year old son was about to pee his pants nearly crying "please mommy I don't want to pee my pants". It was just not right. Very disappointed with this customer service. I want to add that I was a customer who had just purchased gas. It is not as if I stopped here just to use the restroom.
